We enjoyed every moment of our beach vacation! It was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The home was very clean and offered ample space for our family. Waking up to the sight of the Gulf right outside our windows was like a dream come true. The king beds were so comfortable and the perfect place to rest after a long day in the sun. The kids were thrilled to hang out in their twin bunks which were equipped with individual lights and USB outlets to power their toys. Our beach outings were effortless and convenient with the private beach as our backyard. We couldn't have asked for a better place to vacation. We will be back!

The Scenic Dune was absolutely amazing! The place was just remodeled and redecorated, and having stayed in a similar beachfront townhome, we appreciated the attention to detail. One thing that stood out for me was the true A/C on all floors and the fact that each bathroom had exhaust fans! My wife loved the decor and comfortable furnishings. We all enjoyed the king beds. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the entire home was impeccably clean. The highlight, without a doubt, were the stunning Gulf views on all three floors. Plus, the convenience of stepping directly onto the private beach from either the first or second floor was simply unbeatable! Communication with the host was excellent as they check in before and throughout your stay. My family and I have previously stayed in Summer Haven, and this unit is the best by far. Would absolutely recommend!

3 of these bedrooms have their own private bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for each guest. In addition, 2 of these bedrooms are Gulf Front, offering mesmerizing views of the sparkling waters and creating a truly immersive beachfront experience.
The Scenic Dune gives you a genuine beach lifestyle experience, regardless of the season. No dragging luggage through hot condotel parking lots and lobbies. No crossing highways with a baby stroller and cooler to get to the beach.
