We are a family of 18 with 16 being adults. We needed a place with plenty of room and enough beds to handle our crew for Thanksgiving week. My parents are healthy 90 year olds and the floor level king was perfect for them. My husband and I took the 2nd floor level king. The living room was spacious with seating for 12. We enjoyed lots of football, basketball and of course the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including a Keurig single cup and carafe coffee maker. The large dining table seated 12 and the kitchen counter had 6 stools close by. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day of our stay. The laundry was on the 2nd floor and used quite a bit. The 2 bunk/queen rooms worked perfect for my son’s family and my adult daughter and nieces. Everyone said their beds were extremely comfortable, I know mine was!
Sunny Daze was a great experience and Sunny and Corbin are the perfect hosts. We love renting from them year after year, they are like family to us.

Happy Daze fit all 28 of us very comfortably and the pool was GREAT! We used the golf cart every day and loved how close this house is to the mall, beach, restaurants, etc
