Modern house with HEATED PRIVATE POOL, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

The house is newly remodeled and very modern. The bicycles provided were fun to ride and see the sights. If you love to cook bring everything you might need for a recipe because there is not even a salt shaker in the kitchen. But we were able to make do with the pots and pans available for the most part. The only issue with our stay was the weather. Lots of rain kept us indoors and we had a whole day of rain and no Wi-Fi which was tough for the kiddos since even the television is streaming. But overall we enjoyed our stay and the house is very nice and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The beach access is close and a short walk but you will need to bring umbrellas or rent them for 46$ a day. They are not provided with the rental of the house. They do provide a wagon for carrying all of your stuff which helps! The beach is beautiful and clean.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The pool was nice for days we didn’t wanna go to the beach. The house had everything advertised and we needed for our week. Location to the beach is great! Would book again!

We had everything we needed for a great stay here. It was very clean and inviting. The beach was a very short walk from the home. The neighborhood was quiet and very beautiful. The only thing that I didnt like was the beds. The mattresses were extremely firm. Other than that, I would recommend staying here.

Perfect for our family of 4 (all over age 18) but could comfortably accommodate a larger group with several included amenities for all age groups. Quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. Close walk to neighborhood amenities. House was comfortable and private and the included pool was a necessity with the Florida heat. Very clean and open floor plan made it nice to all be together whether just lounging, eating or fixing meals. It felt like a home we returned to each day and not a vacation rental. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was everything our family hoped for in a rental. It was clean, beautiful, and laid out well to house 4 adults, 1 teen, 3 children and 2 toddlers. We loved our time at this property and would recommend it for any family wanting to experience Destin from a comfortable, beautiful, well situated home. It was close to the beach, shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the community pool. The private pool is lovely and allows you to enjoy a lovely patio in your backyard. We will be back! A great place to visit!

There were five adults and five children during our stay: grandmother, aunt/uncle, parents, and children. The house is every bit as gorgeous as it looks online. The primary bedroom is huge and includes a generous study (if you have someone who needs a dedicated work area). The primary bathroom has a really nice glassed-in shower with a rain shower-shower head. The large walk-in closet came with hangers. There were a lot of seating areas in the open-concept main area. It was easy for us to cook dinner, play a board game, work on a puzzle, read a book, and watch cartoons (quietly) all in the same space. The kids loved the bunk room. After a morning at the beach and an afternoon in the pool, we had no problems getting our kids to sleep. The other two bedrooms were very nice. My sister commented that she was surprised by how nice the mattress was and how much she enjoyed her afternoon naps. With this many people, we were thankful for the additional full bath and the powder room. The kids and adults liked the cement pool - it was worth it to pay for heating! With the provided beach wagon, the beach is an easy 10-minute walk from the house (depending on how excited you are to get to the beach and how tired you are on the way home). The beach itself was pristine. One of our kids found a shark's tooth on the very first day! We used ALL of the appliances and they all worked very well.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The property is newly renovated and spotless. The finishes are modern and beautiful, but still comfortable and accessible. The house has necessary items — kitchen cookware, plates, silverware, more than enough towels, beach chairs and toys and (our personal lifesaver) a deep, canvas wagon for hauling kids and stuff to the beach. As advertised, it’s a six-minute walk to the private beach access point, which is easy to get to and enter. Other features we loved about this property: the quiet neighborhood, proximity to beachfront restaurants and access to the walking/running path along the scenic highway. We visited in mid-October, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we hoped, but it’s also a very nice and well-maintained perk of the house. My husband and I stayed with our two young children and my daughter l-o-v-e-d the room with bunk beds. (She’s still talking about it.) I highly recommend!

Nice environment, short walk to private beach, and close to shops. Kids loved the private and community pools.

We loved this rental it was clean, beautiful, and a great location. My girls loved the shower which was amazing. We would walk to our private beach access or just swim in our private pool. We would definitely rent this property again!

Nice location close to the beach and great restaurants. Very spacious. Pool and backyard was perfect for entertaining.
