the house was even better in person than in the pictures. with Helene on the way, the owner was very concerned about our safety and communicated wonderfully. we loved the short walk to the beach and all the beach supplies - we needed nothing to enjoy our time at the beach. we are definitely going to book again. this was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed at yet!

Very happy with our experience. Myself and 6 others enjoyed the home and would definitely be using this if we come to stay in Destin again. Our host, Blake, was very nice, respectful and responsive. The home was just like the pictures and just a short walk from the beach.

We had a great time in Destin. There was something foe everybody, the kids (toys), the cornhole, the shower!!! It was an amazing space to relax and then with the bikes just a couple mins to the beach.
The host were helpful and flexible.
I would definitely recommend this space.

I rate this 10/10 if I ever visit Destin again I would book this place. It was just like the pictures plus more! It came with so many convenient beach items I did not have to buy. It also had a dollar general walking distance to grab quick items. Very convenient

The house was perfect for our families! There were things to do at the house, great location to drive to any restaurant or store, short walk to the beach. There were also beach chairs and toys at the house so we didn’t have to buy any extras. We were there for a baseball tournament for the week, so we didn’t get to do beach or swimming days as often as we’d have liked to - so it was nice to not have to buy or haul beach necessities from home! Would absolutely stay here again in the future - the host was very responsive and helpful from start to finish!

This house was amazingly perfect for our family. I am a single mom with 6 children, 4 of whom are adults. We had 4 vehicles and the host was helpful in finding parking for the 2 extra vehicles, as there is only room for 2 vehicles in the driveway and overnight street parking is prohibited. The house had everything we needed and more- so many pots and pans and dishes and many extras as well. We probably enjoyed the bikes that came with the listing the most. We had a couple of questions and the host responded quickly and was super helpful. Can’t wait to go back to this house!!

This house was great, and we really enjoyed our time there on a 1-week stay. Everything was as described & in the photos. The keypad on the front door was a bit confusing... it can get into this mode where only a few digits are lit up, and you have to press all of those to "wake up" the full keypad. The private gate for the beach has signs that say "Seashells by the Seashore" and it has a mechanical keypad. It would be nice if the instructions included these details rather than just the map. The provided beach cruisers, wagons, chairs, etc were super handy and appreciated. A better beach umbrella would be great - theirs are too flimsy and fold up in the wind. We cooked quite a bit and found most of what we needed, though the knives were very dull and there are limited cooking tools. The Dollar General being a block away was actually very helpful - we ended up getting a number of things there that we needed. We would definitely return in the future.

Location was great, only a 7 minute walk to the beach. We were able to rent kayaks and paddleboards at the beach and paddles to the artificial dolphin reef. Saw lots of reef fish and a turtle. The house was clean. We really liked the double shower. The backyard firepit and games were great for the evenings. Kids enjoyed the TVs and game room. Highly recommend, we will be back next seasons!
