This was our 3rd yr staying here and we always hate to leave. The view is amazing on every level. So many beds and bathrooms to keep everyone happy. The kitchen is very well stocked with great pans and baking items. Cute serving trays for gatherings and plenty of utensils! Mike is a great host and responds quickly to any questions. We are blessed to have found such a great place!

Another year at Destin and again had an amazing time at Unit 1, we had a great week! The house was clean, well stocked with the essential supplies and housewares. The parking was a plus since it can fit 4 cars, the fifth bedroom on the beach level was a great addition. Will be back next year

My family loved staying here!! We had 11 people, including a baby, and had plenty of room. Our favorite part was the beautiful view and private beach just steps from the back door. You could look down the beach and see the crowds at other areas. The house is beautifully decorated and feels very clean and beachy. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. I also loved that the kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of towels & wash cloths, parking for 4 cars, and the house included baby items. We enjoyed our stay so much and now I am spoiled to a private beach. We definitely recommend the Sandollar unit 1 to others!

Our family loved staying here! We had 11 people and never felt crowded. We had plenty of room to spend time together, eat dinner, play games, etc., but enough space to have privacy. Being right on the beach and having our own space was amazing! Mike was very responsive to all my questions from the 1st inquiry to the last. We would love to stay here again! Such a view from every deck! This is our second year staying here. We love the beach and deck. The 2 swings are a great addition. There is room for everyone. Such a beach vibe interior. Everything is so clean and fresh looking. Michael is easy to work with and makes planning easy. We will be back in 2024.Â

This was a perfect setup for a group of 10 friends! Everyone had their own space and it never felt crowded. Walking off the back deck and being on the beach was awesome! I don’t think I can ever go back to staying in condos! House was very clean and comfortable. Mike was very responsive to any emails or calls I made. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint I might could see someone make (even though it was not an issue for us) is that the main access to the beach level is off the balcony of a bedroom. So if those people were still sleeping we had to use the spiral staircase that might be challenging for some people.

This was our second year to stay at the sand dollar unit 1. We’ve stayed at other units and this one is by far the best unit. The floor plan and all the bedrooms work out great for our big family. We had enough parking for 4 cars and the location is amazing. The balcony at the bottom has two showers to rinse off and lots of extra chairs and sand castle toys for the kidos. We are excited to book again for next year. Best house on the beach with all the great amenities.

My family has been vacationing in this area for the last 10 years together and we unanimously agreed that this was the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The house was a perfect space for our large family, with plenty of room on the inside and outside! Mike was great and quick to communicate any information we needed. This townhome is so perfect for a family vacation! It has an incredible amount of space! The kitchen is beautiful and the bathrooms are so nice! The multiple decks have incredible ocean views and comfortable seating, including 2 porch swings! You are steps from the ocean water and have your own space! There is even a heated rainwater faucet to rinse off at before coming inside! It is also the end unit with a larger parking spot! If you have the opportunity to stay at this townhome, you will not be disappointed! It is amazing!

This townhouse was a dream! It was so tastefully decorated and recently renovated. We took our girls on their senior spring break and stayed here. It was perfect! The beach was private and literally right off of our deck. It was my first time in Destin and I definitely want to stay here again!

We stayed at the townhouse during our week of fall break. This is our third different trip staying in the Sanddollar community. Without doubt the absolute nicest unit we have ever stayed. Being an end unit there was ample parking and our beach access was perfect.The location is perfect. Everything is perfectly updated and decorated superbly. Mike and Carol definitely have a hidden gem with this townhome. We plan on being repeat guest for a very long time.

My family stayed here over Labor Day weekend and the following week. We were very impressed with the condo - Carol has done a great job remodeling and decorating it. Can.t say enough about how convenient it is having the beach in your backyard and this is one of the few sections of the beach that allows you to set up a tent. Mike & Carol were great hosts and everything went smoothly. Looking forward to our visit next year.

My family and I stayed 5/8-5/15. This was our first trip to Destin and we loved this beach house. The owners have done tons of remodels and updates and this place is lovely and well stocked with everything you need. The location is amazing and probably one of the best locations in Destin in my opinion. It was wonderful walking down to the water without any hassle, you are literally steps from the ocean at this place. There is enough room for 4 cars to park and easily 3 family’s or a really large family inside. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We enjoyed it so much. We cooked all of our meals here for the whole week. The pots, pans, dishes, and everything else in the kitchen is brand new. Bring an oven mitt, I wasn’t able to find one, but otherwise everything else is there. The full size washer and dryer was also soooo great. I did all of our laundry the night before we left, so came home with clean clothes to put away instead of a weeks worth of dirty clothes to deal with. You won’t be disappointed if you book this place. It’s so good and we plan to book again next time we come to Destin. I’ve already told all of my friends and other family about this place. The owners are kind and very responsive if you do have any needs. We had an issue with the downstairs shower not working, they had just done some work in that area right before our stay. Owner sent maintenance out right away and hey fixed the issue.

Our family of 14 went together for my 30th birthday and this home made it very easy to access all locations in Destin, Miramar and Panama! We loved walking right out to the beach and the swings in the mornings while doing devotions was our favorite. All of the updates made it feel like home! Mike was very easy to work with. Responds very quickly and so kind! We will be back for sure!

We Highly recommend the Sand dollar Unit 1 townhome. We just had our 1st vacation here and it was awesome. The owners were responsive to our needs and very friendly.
