The location of the property could not be better - straight ahead once you exit the toll booth. The accommodations were exactly as we expected and the interior was as listed. We enjoyed our stay and cannot think of anything needed that was not available. This property would certainly be considered again.

The location was perfect. The rental was large, clean, and sized right for our family of six adults and three small children. We especially enjoyed having both a nice pool and backyard, even though we were walking distance to the beach. We also appreciated being walking distance to commercial businesses. The rental was exactly as advertised and captured by photos. We have already booked the unit for next year, and would recommend it to our friends.

We stayed here over the 4th of July week. It is one amazing house! The pool was nice and refreshing to come home too after a day at the beach. We will definitely rent this house again in the future!

Nothing was spared in designing this home. Accented with Bamboo Flooring and Wainscoting throughout the home, Bay Windows, Recessed Lighting, Granite Counter Tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, a Dual Fuel Stove/Oven, Built in Desk, Gas Fireplace as well as a custom built Murphy Bed in the first floor bedroom.
HUGE Covered Porches in the Front and Back of the Home, In Ground Pool, and Stacking Glass Doors that to the Covered Back Porch overlooking the Pool.
Floor plan layout: come in the front door, large front porch, circular driveway, quality door, come into the house to the right is the stairs to go upstairs and to the left is the den/study/murphy bed bedroom. Continue through the foyer and you are in the great room (all wood floors) the kitchen is to your left. Quality appliances, and the nicest thing is the stacking sliding glass door out to the large back porch and pool area and private backyard. On the second floor is the Master BR and master bath and a 2nd, & 3rd guest bedroom with a shared (jack and jill) bathroom. The laundry is also on the 2nd floor. 1st floor bedroom is a den/bedroom (murphy bed) w/french doors, located at the front of the house.
Crystal Beach promotes cottages, rather then high rises, to capture the Old Florida Community feeling. We suggest walking to the corner Bistro ( Camille's ), sit on the veranda, read the paper and enjoy a relaxing breakfast and cup of coffee while watching the morning joggers pass by.

What to do besides enjoy our wonderful beach...Should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer, you'll find an abundance of choices. Sidewalks line scenic 98 for walking, running or bike riding. We are a short drive to the Silver Sands mall to the West, or luxury shopping at Destin Commons to the East. Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's are all within a short drive. We encourage you to leave menus of your favorite restaurants when you come.
For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a vacation in it’s own right for shoppers you will have access to over 100 stores, including, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike and Reebok - just to name a few. When you need to pause for nourishment choose from Panera Bread, Cheeseburger in Paradise or Carrabba's Italian Grill.
More great shopping can be found at the Destin Commons outdoor mall. Enjoy such great stores as Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic, Belk, Books-A-Million & Maui Nix Surf Shop to rattle off a few. Stop for a bite to eat at the Hard Rock Café, Panera Bread, Tony’s Ristorante or Sushi Siam.
