Seriously perfect. We had a large group (19). This house was spacious and let me tell you how great it was having full baths for every bedroom. So many walk in showers!!!!! The pool! The salt water pool was amazing, benches in the pool! That's right, in the pool and a tanning shelf, yes please. The golf cart was a great bonus as the beach is a little bit of a walk. As for the owners, they were great. Answered texts quickly and were more than gracious! The house was ready early, they notified us so we could check in early. How awesome is that!!!! We didn't want to leave. We will be back!!!

The house was perfect for our family! Plenty of space for everyone, the pool and golf cart were definitely a bonus! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back for another stay!

Spent a week at this rental and really didn't want to leave! This home is beautiful and is furnished with everything a family could need. Loved each bedroom having it own bath... nice not to have to share! Two bedrooms on first floor makes it nice for those that may not do stairs well and the bunk room on third floor makes a great place for kids, or for kids at heart. Loved having the convenience of the pool. The golf cart was a huge plus too. Brie (home owner) was so helpful and always responded to my emails quickly. We did contact Dave (maintenance) once to help with gas grill and he came to help within an hour.Thanks for sharing your home!!

We just returned from a family vacation at Sandy Stroll. It was perfect. The home is beautiful and was very clean. All the furnishings are very nice. The open concept was nice for family to spend time together at night. Loved being in the gated community away from a lot of noise yet only a short distance to the beach. We all loved having the golf cart to get around. The pool and outdoor area was so relaxing. Dave was available to answer any questions. The Hooper's were a pleasure to work with. Only suggestion would be to have a cooler available to take to the beach. You will not regret renting this home!!!!

We stayed at Sandy Stroll and it was everything we expected and more. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We felt very welcome and relaxed there. We had a small issue while there that was addressed and taken care of within an hour (Thanks Dave)! The amenities are high quality and we were sad to leave. Our only con would be the fluctuations in the heated pool temperature. Nothing less than 5 stars all around otherwise and we will definitely be back! Thanks to our hosts, the Hoopers and Dave too!

Located in the beautiful Villas of Frangista gated community, our home is within walking distance away from the Gulf's emerald waters with a beautiful white sandy beach and a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and beachside bars.
Our home is incredibly well-appointed in coastal decor and boasts all the creature comforts for your loved ones, to include a private saltwater pool, complimentary golf cart ($700+ value), and private beach access at no extra charge! If you are looking to provide memories with your family that will last forever, you have found the right place!
On the first floor, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an open floor plan extending into the dining and living area - perfect for entertaining! The living area has a 60 inch flat screen TV with plenty of seating. You will also find two master bedrooms on the first floor complete with king beds, flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms. Located in the backyard of the home is your own private pool (heating optional) with tanning shelf/umbrella, sun bathing area, grilling station, and outdoor games to keep the kids happy so you can relax!
The second floor features 4 king bedrooms with flat screen TVs and each with their own private bathrooms.

Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods.
