Come Relax on the Emerald Coast

Three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath single family home in a ten house community two blocks from the beach.  DOG friendly (max 2 dogs not over 30 lbs each, no vicious breeds), no other pets please (doggie door in rear yard storm door, fenced yard).  Community pool just down the street.  Master bedroom downstairs with king bed with firm Termperpedic mattress, garden tub and walk in shower.  Second and third bedroom on second floor.  Second bedroom has a pull down queen bed with a firm Temperpedic mattress.  Third bedroom has one set of twin over full bunk beds and one set of twin over twin bunk beds.  Upstairs bathroom has walk in shower.  Beds for 8 but neighborhood rules allow a maximum of 10.  Minimum age to rent - 25, HOA rules so NO exceptions.
