Balcony on the Bay, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We have stayed in several VRBOs in the past but this is by far our favorite. The hosts are amazing and super willing to work with you. The view from the balcony is beautiful and makes you feel like you are in a quiet location. Everything is easy to walk to and the tram is a quick ride to the beach. You must try Effie rooftop pool and bar!

This is such a cute cozy condo. The beds were so comfotable too! We loved our stay and the short walk to Baytown.

The unit was perfect for our family. Fantastic layout with great views of the bay. PR comity to Baytowne Village was a huge plus as well. Overall just a great stay!!

We loved this condo! The location at San Destin was great, and easy walk to Baytown Wharf shops and restaurants. The condo is large and comfortable, and was fully stocked with everything needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Denise’s property. Everything was as listed, and she was super responsive when I did have to reach out with some questions regarding parking. We had a great family trip and I would definitely re-rent this condo in the future. I liked the privacy of the balcony being down on a corner unit. Thanks again, Denise!

Baytowne Wharf shops and restaurants were walkable, the pool was beautiful, access to the parking garage and lot was perfect, the balcony was private and had a nice view. We participated in a wedding that was directly outside the lobby of our elevator. Air conditioning was an issue, but was resolved quickly. If you decide to use the grills, check into the gas tanks prior. A great stay!

A fantastic condo with an exceptional bay view and sunset view. 2 more Adirondack chairs would make that balcony perfection, as they are much more comfortable to relax in, especially with 4 adults. Outstanding condo that we’ve now rented a few times with more to come!

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect as it was just a stone's throw away from the resort pool, Baytown Wharf, and the shuttle to the beach. The view from the patio was picturesque and the unit itself was surprisingly more spacious than the photos showed. The rooms were generously sized and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. The unit was clean and tidy and we appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely cherish the memories we made here. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient vacation spot!

Had an amazing trip and it was so hard to leave. Weather was crazy cold the first few days so we had A LOT of time in the condo, lol (stayed a total of 11 nights). We had a couple issues come up and when reported the responsiveness and professionalism was top notch. Little confusing getting through security initially due to no security guard at the gate. Once security was located he kept wanting us to go to the Welcome Center to check in even though we said we reserved with an owner. Finally did find someone else with Sandestin that escorted us all the way to the condo and into the garage! Condo is nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Loved the full sized, stacked, washer and dryer. Pick up some TP, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwashing detergent to prepare for your stay. Communication received with maps and access codes was wonderful. Would have liked a bit nicer cookware. A large trivet for baked items would be handy as we do a fair amount of cooking. View is breathtaking and we throughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

This was our second time to stay in this condo. Clean, roomy, relaxing and beautiful views from every room! Host was quick to respond if we had any questions.

Sandestin is a premier property and this condo was a great choice for our holiday vacation!

We have been to the Destin area multiple times throughout the past 20 years as a family but this was our first time to not stay on the beach. Instead, we wanted to enjoy a walkable area with shops, bars and restaurants so we chose Baytowne. This condo was perfect for us and our family. The views were amazing! Sunsets incredible! Even saw the eagle. Mornings on the balcony were chilly but evenings were wonderful. Condo was spacious, nice and clean with everything we needed. Washer/dryer in unit was a bonus too. We noticed it was very sound proof so those who turn in early or sleep late were not disturbed. The outdoor area surrounding was beautiful! Our host, Denise was more than accommodating and sent everything we needed ahead of time. Very organized! It really is a nice place to vacation. We even saw a fabulous outdoor wedding right on the premises. People were very friendly! The one thing we would have liked to have had was heated pools, this time of year they were too cold to swim in. Hot tubs were nice though. Baytowne was great despite some closings, there was still plenty to enjoy. very convenient to walk around with drinks and enjoyed the live music outdoors. We give this a 5 star!!!

Everything about this condo was absolutely what my family needed to enjoy our summer vacation. It was spotless upon our arrival. No issues getting into our room with the codes provided. The condo looks just like pictures posted on the Vrbo listing. The view of the bay from the main balcony was amazing. My husband & I had our own comfy King size bed with a private bathroom. Our teenage daughter enjoyed her own private room down the hall with her own bathroom. She was able to see the bay and golf course from her balcony. The property is located in a very quite, safe area. The pool was clean & big and only a two minute walk from our room. We enjoyed the short 5 minute stroll to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Plenty of great restaurants with delicious food and drinks. Numerous stores for shopping as well. The Tram cards were a plus to get us to and from the beach. We would 100% stay in this condo again in the future. The owner sent us a detailed email with all the information we would need in order to make our stay as easy as possible. We were also contacted by the housekeeper before our visit in case any issues would arise during our stay.

Stayed in Baytowne to avoid the crowds at the beach. Very convenient to pool and Baytowne activities. Nice condo

We needed a quick stay before moving the next day and this was perfect! Way more than we expected with amenities.

This is a beautiful condo. Very spacious and Clean. Wonderful view for drinking coffee in the morning.

 love the condo itself but there is not enough parking for the place. The first night it was easy to get a spot but the second night we didn’t have anywhere to park at all. We have to park down the shirt and walk back to the condo. Please looking into getting another parking garage.

Great location and view. Rooms were clean and well organized. Pool was wonderful and just steps entertainment, tennis club and marina. Shuttle service to beach and area stops very helpful. There were days we didn’t leave the resort. Lots of families and guests friendly as well as workers.

Perfect location! Only fix needed is new parts inside the master toilet. I had to adjust the chain several times a day so that the water did not continue to run. No big deal though. Easy fix. Great weekend!
