Seacove 10E Our "Happy Place" , Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This place is fabulous! The owners, Wayne and Betty, are so easy to talk to and also very helpful. They respond quickly to address any questions you have. Dwight, the property manager, does such a wonderful job of making sure everything is in order.
The property is well maintained. The heated pool is great. There are plenty of chairs to lounge on and they keep the pool and pool area clean. The private beach entrance is across the street. For those who like to go to the pool after spending time at the beach, they have a couple of showers located right next to the pool fence.
The condo, 10E, is so beautiful! It is updated and very clean! I felt like I was home, it was so perfect. The beds were comfortable, as well as the new couches! There is a nice big screen TV with cable sevice in the livingroom, as well as the bedrooms. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need!
We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for reading and sometimes eating our meals. Don't worry about packing items for the beach... everything you need is supplied, including the chairs and umbrella!
Destin is so beautiful with more places to eat and shop in than you can count!
There are also alot of places that offer family entertainment. I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a super last minute booking that didn’t disappoint. The complex is doing a great job with Covid by supplying sanitizing wipes for the condo as well as the pool area. The condo is nicely decorated and has been renovated perfectly. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck. It’s a quick walk to the beach and close to everything. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you to Wayne & the property manager for a fantastic beach stay.

We had a small bachelorette party in 10E and it was nothing short of perfect. The bride wanted a calm, relaxing stay near the beach and 10E delivered. We had everything we needed.

This is our first time in Destin/Miramar Beach. This condo was amazing! It is super clean and beautifully decorated. We couldn’t be happier with it. Betty is wonderful. She is very responsive. Any questions, we had, she answered us right away. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and conveniently located across the street from the beach. We loved the pool and all the amenities. If we decide to come back to the area we will be renting this condo again. Loved it!

My family and I have stayed at 10E twice now, in June and again in July! This is by far the cleanest well maintained condo we have ever stayed at! We’ve been going to destin every year for over 11 years and this is by far one of our best experiences! The owner Betty is absolutely wonderful and so nice to work with! She is quick to respond and did her best to make sure our stay was perfect! We even forgot a dryer full of clothes and she responded quickly to get them retrieved and shipped to us!! The condo and experience exceeded our expectations! We loved the location, which is close to a gas station, couple places to eat, close to outlet mall, and less than 5 minutes to Winn-Dixie for groceries! Super convenient! If you’re looking for a CLEAN, Well kept, enjoyable place to stay for your vacation, this is it!!! Thank you Betty for TWO amazing experiences!! We will definitely rent again!!

This condo is beautiful and was just perfect for our family of 8. It has everything you need and more! We loved the area and was just a short walk to the beach! Really lucked out when we picked this condo. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s in a great area with lots to do. The complex it’s self is large enough to give you room but small enough so you don’t have to fight for poolside space. It is a short walk down the driveway to the beach thru private access. There were four of us there and there was plenty a room for more. We would gladly rent this place again.

When I posted my original review I fat fingered a rating of three rather than a rating of five so I am re-posting to correct my error. This was Great place to stay.

We were there in early December and positively loved everything about this condo. It had been newly renovated with classy, high-end finishes. The decor was fresh and the condo bright. The whole property and this condo in particular were amazingly well kept and provided easy access to The beach, restaurants and lovely walks. From just relaxing and kicking back to going out to do one of the myriad of entertainment available it was a totally enjoyable experience. Can hardly wait to go back and revisit this particular condo. I hope it’s available when we decide to go.
