 Located off of Scenic 98 in Miramar Beach, it is ideally situated between Destin and Santa Rosa Beach.  The Emerald Coast is one of the most sought after vacation destinations on the Gulf Coast.  This ground level tennis villa has effortless functionality and all the comforts of home making your stay the most enjoyable.  

The ground floor bedroom features a king bed. One second floor bedroom features a king sized  bed, the other second floor bedroom is two twin bunk bed sets. There is a full bath on both floors. The kitchen has been updated, and the living room and dining room are both spacious. There is also a dining table outside, in our private closed in patio. A gas grill is provided. 

There are ceiling fans and HDTV's throughout. Cable TV and high-speed internet are provided. Washer/dryer in the condo. Parking for one car is on-site and additional parking is at the end of the street.

This is a non-smoking condo with no pets allowed. You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. We require a three nights minimum stay. 

The resort offers access to 5 swimming pools, a golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a basketball court. It's a short walk to the beach or a private parking lot directly across the street from the beach is available.
