Loved this wonderful condo! So close to the beach and the perfect location to many restaurants. The condo is so warm and welcoming, and beautifully decorated. The hosts are so accommodating and great to work with! We will definitely stay again!

We rented this condo for a girls trip. There was six of us girls we all fit very comfortably. we love the location of this condo. It is located in a gated golf course community. We were really close to Pickleball courts and it was so much fun to play. We love sitting on the patio in the morning enjoying the sunrise and the beautiful trees and flowers the walk to the beach is peaceful around the lake, the water was amazing so blue and clear we saw lots of dolphins, jellyfish and fish. If you’re looking for a fun girls trip, this is your rental we were will for sure return to this Beach Bungalow! All of the restaurants are close by some even within walking distance, the food was amazing!

This condo couldn’t be more perfect. Went for a much needed girls trip, 6 of us in total and it was perfect! We had all the space and items we needed. The place also felt fresh and new! You could tell they put thought and time into the renovations and decor. Also loved the location close to the beach, great food and Pickleball right outside. I’m already planing my next trip back! 10/10 recommend!

This was the perfect condo. So close to the beach and close to restaurants. It has pickle ball courts right outside and that was honestly a highlight of our trip. It’s clean and decorated so cute. We will absolutely go again.

This warm and welcoming condo was perfect for our girls trip this spring. The recent renovations are beautiful, fresh, and strike a good balance between beach chic and classic style. We had everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and furniture are very comfortable, and having a washer and dryer in our unit is a real bonus for a beach trip. The resort landscaping is really beautiful and well maintained, and it's nice to relax on the covered deck and look out over the pickle ball courts and pool. The deck furniture is comfortable and inviting, and it's nice to sit out there in the morning and ease into the day. The beach is a short walk away through the beautiful resort, or a short drive to the public beach parking. The beach is absolutely glorious, and you quickly realize why it's called sugar beach. The sand is white and so fine is squeaks when you walk on it. The water is clear and green and we loved seeing the dolphins play while we lounged on the beach. The location of this condo in the interior of the resort is great because while it's a short walk to the beach, you are protected from the noise of crowds and traffic on the main streets. There are lots of great restaurants close by and some good shopping. We loved our stay there, and are already planning our next trip back. We will definitely be booking this condo again!

We enjoyed the golf villa’s spaciousness and its proximity to the pickle ball courts. Pet friendly and very walkable neighborhood. Well maintained resort and villa itself recently renovated.
First we have ever stayed in without any resort instructions or local information that would have made things like obtaining parking permits and resort wristbands easier. James, as the property manager for the actual owner, was very helpful in responding to our questions and was very responsive.
Please note that pool is not heated so no swimming in February. Also, access to the beach is a ten minute walk but there is a parking lot for residents that makes driving easier especially if you have lots of beach stuff to carry.

My family loved this place. We had a group of 7 people (2 couples, 3 teens) and had plenty of space. Beach access is a little walk or short drive away, and they had pickle ball equipment.

We had such a great stay at this location in Miramar Beach! The house was beautiful. Fantastic location very close to the beach. James was so responsive and helpful. A great host!

There was no trash bags, in exception to what was in the trash can. No additional rolls of toilet paper and no dish soap or dish rags. Other than that, everything was exceptionally clean and it was a very comfortable stay.

The only issue was that the condo was in a gated area that requires guests to go through a specific gate to be let in if you don't have the resident passes/qr codes. Because of this, I wasn't sure if I could be let in at night if there wasn't a guard to let me on

The Rules for the space:

sponge, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. You must provide any additional items you may need during your stay.
3. Pet friendly, but please do not let them sit on the furniture or sleep in the beds.
When you check out:
