We are a husband and wife that manage our own property. We have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and some beach toys there for you to use. We try to keep paper products stocked (tp, paper towels, kleenex). We rent to nice people over the age of 25. No pets. No smoking.
Seascape is a gated community on a golf course. There are lots of places to walk, bike. Lots of shopping and restaurants.

The location and condition of the condo is excellent! Lisa was a wonderful host and made everything so easy for us. The kitchen was well-equipped. There was nothing lacking! They even had plenty of loaner beach towels, floats & toys for the kids. The balcony overlooks the pool area and from the front of the condo, we could catch a glimpse of the water and see the flags for that day's beach conditions. It took us just a few moments to get to the beach. I hope that we will be able to stay here again in the future.
