With three levels of decks facing the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Sea Winds #9 is picture-perfect. Like treasure hidden in a chest, the low-density, unassuming building hides a million-dollar view.

The ground floor level includes a queen bedroom w/Tempurpedic mattress and a sitting area with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen smart TV that can be accessed by the interior stairs or directly from the lower deck Gulfside. In addition, the room has bar seating for 8 at the counter surrounding a kitchenette with a stove, sink, and mini fridge. Down the hall, a second room on the ground floor features two queen-sized triple bunks, sleeping 12. A bathroom with a walk-in shower lies just outside the bunk room; a full-size washer and dryer on the ground level make getting those beach towels washed a breeze. There are two full bathrooms downstairs in both bedrooms.

Upstairs on the second floor, a cathedral ceiling soars over the living area, where quiet coastal colors make a backdrop for the brilliant colors of the Gulf as seen from the expansive windows. The adjacent 6-seat dining table provides the perfect spot to feast on the catch of the day, play a board game with the family or join in on the living room conversation. The main kitchen is also on this level and is fully equipped. A queen size bedroom offers a quiet place to rest and is adjoined by a bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. The second-floor kitchen and living area can be accessed either inside via the staircase or outside directly from the lower levels on the beachside.

The entire third level is the king-size master suite and en suite bathroom, which has a walk-in shower and includes a sitting alcove with a loveseat that pulls out to make a full-sized bed.

Outside, an expansive fenced and gated deck offers a perfect place to lounge in the sun or catch the last few moments of the sunset. Seating on the deck includes a café table and a dining table for al fresco meals beneath the stars. An outdoor shower and storage to keep the requisite rafts, boogie boards, and sand pails are conveniently located on the back deck as well as a covered area that allows for the enjoyment of the beach without sun exposure.
