Surfside Resort Unit 1609, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

My friend and I stayed in this condo for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our visit!! This condo is set up well with both bedrooms separated by the living room and kitchen. I liked that both rooms opened onto the huge balcony. The beds were very comfortable and had nice, soft bedding. Condo was well stocked with supplies if one wanted to cook a meal while on vacation. We love to eat out and had many great restaurants to choose from nearby. One afternoon we ate at the beach restaurant connected by a raised walkway to the condo pool area. We each got the BLT which came with fried green tomatoes - definitely unexpected and delicious! I have been coming to Destin for almost 20 years and have stayed at many different places. Surfside continues to be one I check first for availability because it is located on the east end of Destin, which I prefer, and the view is wonderful!! I always check with Julie for availability because she is always very helpful and quick with her replies. She has over 30 properties that she manages and you can trust that you won’t be disappointed when you arrive. We were very happy with our accommodations this time, as always, and can’t wait to return!!

There is not enough words to say about how amazing Julie has been through our stay!!! I have traveled and stayed at many places, and by far this has been the most amazing rental and top notch customer service! Julie went above and beyond with checking on us, and making sure our stay was perfect!!!! If you are looking around stop right here!!! You will he took well care of. We cannot wait to come back. On a scale of 1-10, I give a 100.

Overall great stay at Surfside once again. The penthouse condo held up to the previous stays we’ve had in similar units but with much better views. Similar amenities and details throughout. The one difference is the second bedroom closet was removed adding additional space! Great idea. Check in was a breeze later in the day and the trip went off without a problem from there. Thank you Julie for the easy reservation, trip details and quick response to our questions upon arrival.

My family and I arrived and it took only minutes to check in. View of beach was magnificent and the accommodations in the room were great. Surprised to see additional amenities in both bathrooms and closets. Easy checkout although I was confused between the instructions given as to where the keys were to be left.

This condo is in such a convenient spot in Destin. It is a very short walk to the beach. The facility is so well maintained. The unit is spacious and nicely furnished. I hope to be able to rent from here in the future!

This condo is the one to rent! I wish we had more than 3 days to spend here because the views were phenomenal. Julie was very quick to respond to any questions I had and offered exceptional customer service. We seen dolphins all 3 days we were there (our first day paddle boarding I was about 3 ft from them). The free beach service is a great add on. Everyone at the resort was very polite and helpful. Our condo was very clean and just like the pictures. I highly recommend this place, and we will be booking for a week soon. Julie, Thank you for everything!

We had such a wonderful time staying the place. The condo provodes all the remedies we need as well as the spectacular views with all the comfort we needed for our vacation. The most impressive thing was the outstanding customer service provided by Julie Youmans, the property manager. Julie contacted us often to check on us to make sure we were satisfied with the stay. If we needed any requests, she responded in a timely manner and fullfilled the requests with the exceptional curtesy. We felt like we were staying in a five star hotel. My family and friends would definitely visit this place again in the short future and recommed this place to others.
