We had a girl's trip and the condo was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. October is the best month for visiting San Destin as the crowds are minimal as compared to the middle of summer. The location is great with so many activities within a short driving distance. I can't say enough good things about our stay in this Unit and it is worth repeating would definitely stay here again.

I don’t know where to start. The location: Perfect to be close to things but just outside of the Destin traffic and crowds. A easy walk to the beach, 3 pools in total but why use the others when one is literally steps away from this condo (have a view of it from the balcony) clean the condo itself and the resort as a whole, always saw a security truck driving around, very family friendly area. This was our first time to the Destin area as a family of 5 and I truly think this condo and resort made it a fantastic experience for everyone. Don’t question just book it!!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay in this particular unit. The condo is updated and the aesthetic is trendy. The location is perfect for those wanting to be outside of the craziness in Destin. We were looking in Sandestin area, and I couldn’t have been happier with this location. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach with a pool to jump in after a long beach day. We’re already talking about our next stay!

We had a WONDERDUL stay in Terri's condo. The location, amenities and condo were exactly what we were looking for, for 2 adults and 2 teenage daughters. Wifi is excellent and the beds are SUPER comfy. Any issues we had Terri immediately addressed it and went above and beyond to remedy the issue. We will definitely stay here again. So glad we found her place. You won't be disappointed.

This was a beautiful condo and the perfect getaway for a quick trip for a couple moms. The condo is beautifully decorated, close to the elevator, beautiful view and an easy walk to the pools and beach access. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. Can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. We were a party of four, myself, my husband my adult son and his girlfriend. The two master suits were perfect for two couples allowing separate spaces and lots of privacy. Terri has the home very well appointed as well making our stay super comfortable.

The condo was fantastic! Location was excellent and close to the private beach. The rooms were spacious, very clean and updated. Check in was easy and communication with Terri was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful "girls" week! Will be booking again so my husband can experience and enjoy this wonderful resort.

Our family stayed end of July and loved the condo! Very clean and close to the private beach! It has everything you need with umbrella and chairs that were very helpful. Great restaurants close by and very convenient to most attractions. We would recommend Breaking Waves condo and would plan to come back! Perfect beach right outside your door! We stayed at Breaking Waves over the 4th of July week. We were very pleased with the condo. It is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Just a short 5 minute walk, and you're at the beach. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and dining area are spacious. Check-in was easy and communication with Terri was very quick and helpful. This resort is very close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores, outlet mall, etc. are within a 5-7 minute drive. We highly recommend this condo! We can't wait to go back! Thanks again Terri!

We absolutely loved this place! It’s close to the water, just a short walk, and you are on the beach! We will 100% be back to this condo! We absolutely love the Tops’l community!

This condo was in the perfect location! The only way it could have been better was if it was on the water. The house was very clean when we got there. Terri was a fantastic host! Communication was always available if and when you need her. From the room you can see the pool and you can also see the water over the trees. it is just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach! We have stayed at the Tops’l community once before and this time topped the last time! We will definitely be back to this property! Hopefully sooner than later!

This was our second stay at breaking waves and it was like home! It’s absolutely perfect and extremely clean. Our favorite place to stay in Miramar Beach! We plan on coming back as often as we can!

Thank you for letting us use your space. We had a great time and everything we needed was in the condo. Location was excellent and the beach access was very easy. They was a Winn Dixie very close and plenty of other options to shop, eat, golf, swim, or whatever you choose to do. The condo was very clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful and always answered any of our questions.

The space was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of space to lounge and a full kitchen. The master bedroom was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable, There was everything for the beach - 4 chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, a raft and a boogie board! The balcony was great for morning coffee and playing cards. The walk to the pool was close, and not too far to the beach. There were activities by the beach, a few restaurants to choose from, and opportunity to pay for fitness center. Close to nice shops. This end of the beach was near single dwellings to the east so it was not as busy during our visit as the area to the west. Easy to book and pay, and we had a marvelous time here. Highly recommend and would return!

We stayed here with our family for Spring Break April, 2022. This rental was fantastic! Kitchen had dishes, plates, utensils, everything you needed. Beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms exceptional and clean! The rental had beach chairs, umbrella, and even a bucket of sand toys. Walk to the beach was 4 minutes or less. The pools/hot tub were great as well! Absolutely no complaints! Would gladly stay again!! Thanks for a great vacation!!

I highly recommend staying here. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It’s a short walk to the beach and centrally located to shops and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

We spent this past Christmas/new year week in Breaking Waves condo. It was a very nice experience there. Our son is in his senior year of college, this condo provided us enough room to enjoy our togetherness. We liked the beach, had walked every day for a long distance. Terri is forgiving too - our boy accidentally pull off a tower hanger one day and could not put it back. We anticipated to pay for it. But it did not happen. This nice condo near a beautiful beach gave us a good memory of last year’s Holiday season. Thank you Terri.

Our stay at Breaking Waves was absolutely fabulous! The condo is beautifully decorated, truly immaculate and so spacious. Even during the cooler days of winter, we loved the extreme brightness of the condo, enjoyed sitting on the private balcony and took advantage of the short walk to the beach. Although, we did not utilize the pools or hot tub, they are just steps away. The condo had all the necessities needed and all the comforts of home. Terri was also very accommodating and a pleasure to work with, truly making our beach getaway during the winter amazing! We will definitely stay here again soon!!

This review is much overdue as I visited Miramar Beach for a 50th birthday retreat with my twin sister at the end of November, but found I was too busy with the Holidays quickly approaching when I returned. Breaking Waves was just what we needed for a quiet getaway to celebrate us. The condo was super clean and bright with some wonderful views! 4 of us (2 couples) spent 3 nights together in this spacious condo and never felt on top of each other. Terri supplied plenty of extras to make our stay comfortable and worry free. The renovations that were done on this condo were amazing and we loved the games that were provided for the one night we wanted to stay in. The beds were so comfortable, I was ready to buy a new mattress upon returning home. Loved that it was like 2 master suites with Private bathrooms in each room. Because it was the end of November there were not a ton of people around but, was pleasantly surprised to see people sitting on the beach and even playing in the water. It was a quick and scenic walk to the white sands of the Gulf and there were 2 heated pools/hot tubs on the property. We did take advantage of the hot tub which is located steps from the elevator to get to the 3rd floor condo. The one thing I really enjoyed was the back patio, though it was November and a tad chilly, it was nice and cozy sitting on the back patio. I know I came home with some much needed sun. Terri was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond when booking... I will be back to visit over and over again. If you are look for a quick get away in the middle of winter, look no further, Breaking Waves will provide you all that you need and want.

We were so amazed with how well Terri had decorated and how clean it was! There were brand new, easy to use appliances. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids! The balcony over looked the resort and was a peaceful escape! The condo is located very close to the elevator. The Summit pool is just a few steps away from the elevator once on the main floor. The walk to the beach was pleasant and short enough. If you do not want to walk they have a shuttle that will take you to and from buildings within the resort! The pool located right off the beach has fun daily activities for kiddos that do cost anywhere from $5-$30. They also have fun music and dancing by the pool! The restaurant which is in the same pool area had wonderful food and drinks! We recommend the Quesadilla and Coconut Shrimp! The beach was a little more crowded than we would have liked however there is 4 miles of private beach to the left of the resort that made the walks on the beach enjoyable! Overall the trip was wonderful and we will be visiting again! If you're questioning if you should book Breaking Waves, this is your sign to book it!

We just spent 6 days at Breaking Waves and it was perfect for our family of 6! Tops’l has lush landscaping and with the Summit being next to a nature preserve, we were treated to a few deer sightings. The condo is newly updated with beautiful furnishings, and I wish I could take home the master bath. It’s gorgeous! Loved the convenience of the washer and dryer as well as the included beach chairs, toys and umbrella. We really enjoyed the main pool, poolside bar and grill. So convenient! Terri was a pleasure to work with. Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and our daughter stayed for a week, and we loved it! Everything was fresh and new, and the condo was very clean. I love the decor- calming blues and whites. We used the washer and dryer daily. The pool was directly below us, very convenient. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family vacation at Breaking Waves was great !! The condo was beautifully remodeled and so clean. The kids loved the heated pools and it was so close to the condo. The beach was beautiful and the walk there was nice. The Tops’l resort was very quiet and landscaping was beautiful throughout. Terri was great to work with and quick to respond !! What a great time my family and I had at the condo. My wife and I are not beach type folks but our two college age daughters enjoyed both pools and the beach. The condo has everything we could of asked for. We had a issue with the toilet running all the time but it was taken care promptly. I liked that it was a short drive to Destin where most of the shopping and restaurants are, but it seemed to be more laid back. After a year of covid shutdown and our daughters away at college it was great to be back with the games in the condo each night and having family time. Even though it was double red flag during our stay we didn’t let that dampen our time together. Terri is a great person to work with and is prompt to answer.

My family and I just stayed 8 days at Breaking Waves! This place is amazing especially if you have kids. Terri’s condo was super clean and updated. Located in the perfect spot in Miramar near everything. Heated pool and hot tub right next to the room. Only a five min walk to the beach conveniently through a beach side pool deck with a tiki bar / restaurant. Not only was the room great but the whole complex of Tops’l was fabulous. Well maintained clean quiet and secure. There’s a path you can walk that brings you all the way around the complex. Theres even a mini golf course on the property! Terri was an awesome host! Quick to respond and courteous to our needs. Looking forward to our next stay in the pan handle. We will definitely try to get Breaking Waves again! Look no further if this place is available for your trip!

Our 3 days stay was awesome (3 adults & 3 kids), the unit is beautifully decorated and updated, basically few steps to the pool (heated) and probably 3-5 minutes walk to the beach with private access. The unit has basically all what you would need during the stay. There is not a "beach view" from the unit, you will be able to see just a small part of the sea (due to the trees and building in front) but other than that, I would surely recommend this to anyone.

Our stay was fabulous, Terri's condo was beautifully updated , super clean, great location, steps to the heated pool and amazing beach! We'll be back to stay again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Breaking Waves in Topl’s resort area. Terri’s condo unit is completely remodeled to perfection. The beds were incredibly comfortable, awesome bathrooms and beautiful decor throughout. The layout and location of the condo are very convenient with easy to access the elevator, stairs, and the excellent pool. We loved being steps away from the pool area and just a short walk to the sandy beaches. On rainy days, we enjoyed a short drive to beautiful shopping, our kids enjoyed the arcade at Baytowne, we all had delicious dinners in 30A at Stinky Fish! The only regret is we wish would could have stayed longer. It felt like home!

Loved the quick walk to the beach!  Heated pools were a huge plus!  Unit was beautifully remodeled!  Close to everything!  I will definetly stay here again!
