We stay in the area roughly 6 times a year and this was by far the best experience with a management company. The communication was so easy and flawless. The condo itself was spotless and well equipped for a week stay. The views were of both the ocean and the Bay - high enough so the Pink buildings didn't block anything :). Sunsets were stunning. We would stay at this specific condo in a heartbeat again.

You can rest easy with Breathe Easy. We had a great stay. Highly recommend. They did want $50 to check in and hour early which we declined but no big deal. Place is great.

The property was very clean. The overall feel of the property was comfortable and a home away from home. You cannot beat the two pools, poolside bar, and private access to the beach. Overall the perfect summer getaway.

We had the most amazing stay! The host was incredibly communicative always checking in to make sure that our stay was five stars! The property location was great and I made access to two pools and a restaurant as well as a beach extremely convenient. The property was nice and clean and hot ocean views from each room. We had everything we needed which made for the perfect vacation!

We are happy that you found the Condo clean and well kept, as we try very hard to provide our guest with a fresh clean place to do nothing but enjoy some down time and not worry about everyday task. We do provide for you the essentials for kitchen clean up with paper towels, scrubber, dish liquid, and hand towels. We choose not to provide any kind of chemical cleaners, etc. because of families with small children being some of our most precious guest. That is a responsibility we do not wish to have and risk a child accidently getting a hold of a cleaning agent. We hope you can appreciate our caution. Our family had an amazing time! Property was super clean. Views were amazing to wake up to everyday. Communication with Breathe Easy Rentals was above and beyond. They had a great app that not only helped us prepare for the trip, but helped us with recommendations for nearby spots for food, groceries, etc. It also had a guide to everything we needed to know. It didn't stop there. They made sure everything was going well during our trip. From making sure we had a beach towel for everyone of our guests first thing in the morning when we didn't have enough, to coordinating a delivery around our schedule. We all know supply chain issues are awful right now and they had to swap out couches due to a delivery being moved up. They made sure they worked around our schedule and it did not interfere with anything we had planned. The customer service and communication was A+++. The heated pool at this resort was gold as well. With two little kiddos it was perfect for our vacation when they got sick of the sand. The poolside bar had great food as well! We will definitely be back and make sure we book a trip with Breathe Easy, and would love to come back to this property as well! Definitely recommend to any couple or family looking to have an amazing, stress free vacation!

Views of both the beach on the gulf and the bay were exciting to wake up to every morning. Easy access to the beach from our beach-front location was also great. The condo was clean with well-thought-out amenties. The kitchen had every needed tool to make it useful for meal preparation. The outdoor balcony had room for 6 to 10 people. The beds were soft, the beach decor was fun, and the rooms were immaculate. Any small issue we had, this management group was quick to respond to. All-in-all, a really wonderful stay.

We loved the location, great views, great location, well equipped. Only downfall the people that live upstairs or were staying when we were there you could hear. We never heard them until after 10 in the evening when we were trying to sleep and we had small children. Otherwise we loved the place

Everything was perfect and it's located just as perfectly. Easy beach access, chairs, umbrella (in the unit or to rent), pool with restaurant and bar and restaurants and shopping just 2-5 minutes away. The unit itself is new, bright and spacious with awesome views....West, East and North. The patio is huge with comfortable furniture as well. We'll be back for sure when visiting this area. We actually won't bother looking for any place other than this unit...too easy and nice to bother looking further. The communication was also fantastic, thank you!

Great stay at Tops’l! The unit was clean and well-appointed. Balcony view is great, good ocean view (and Bay!) despite being on the side of the building, still felt very oceanfront. The bar and grill at the property was really nice and all the kid’s activities at the pool were really great for both my 8 and 3 year old.

Location! Location! Location! That's what they always say when it comes to Real Estate. This Location was perfect. Situated just far enough from the tourist traps but close enough to travel there when needed. This site is within steps of the beach. The property was kept in immaculate shape. They welcome you with a nice get started kit which was a nice unexpected bonus to our stay. The management company for this property is the best company we have ever used and we have been traveling to the area for 15 years. We highly recommend this wonderful place situated on the beach. We definitely will stay here again.

We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.
