Tradewinds Condo #1, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This was our second time staying here, and like last year, we loved it. The condo had everything we needed and more. It is so clean , beautifully decorated and the location is great!!! Paul and Pam are quick to answer any questions you may have. Thank you again for sharing your condo with us, can’t wait to come back.

What else could you ask for in a condo? Absolutely nothing!! Location, comfort in all areas, ease of check in, nicely furnished, stocked kitchen… not to mention, wonderful/accessible hosts….everything needed as your “vacation home away from home”! Thank you once again, Paul & Pam! You may never get rid of us????????

I have stayed at Paul and Pam’s beautiful condo so many times, I’ve lost count?? it is by far the best 2 BR/2 Bath condo around! The ease of reservation, the response of Paul, the convenience of location, the size of the condo, the comfortable beds/furniture, the large kitchen…. Just overall perfectness…. Cannot be beat! AND… I love the updates to the exterior and other personal touches throughout. I’ve said it each time, but it feels like “home”! Thank you, Paul & Pam, once again for everything!

We have been going to Destin for a number of years and this is by far the most updated and Best location we have found! The beach is just directly across the street which is just a short walk with no stairs to climb. The condo was ?::4 decorated and furnished much like I myself would choose. Everything you could possibly need was readily available. Paul was awesome! We definitely will plan our next Destin vacation at Tradewinds #1!

We felt right at home in Pam and Paul's oasis. We were right on the beach and close to everything that we could possibly need. The condo had everything that you could need for a comfortable stay. They have thought of everything to make you feel at home. We will be sharing with our friends.

We spent a week at Paul and Pam’s condo, Tradewinds in Miramar Beach and we had an amazing time. Condo is super cute, clean and right at the beach. We loved our stay and how close and easy it was to come and go to the beach with the kids! We had a great time. Apto fits easily 6-8 ppl and is super spacious, kitchen is fully stocked, easy access in and out and to the pool, across from Pompano Joes and close to most restaurants and stores! Couldn’t ask for more. Paul is extremely polite and easy to reach! We would be back for sure!

We stayed at Tradewinds #1 and could not have asked for a more perfect condo for our family. The location is amazing being central to key destinations and directly across from Pompano Joe’s which was clutch for easy take out and even better to-go drinks. The condo itself is by far the best one at Tradewinds! It sets apart from the rest of the buildings which offered a little more privacy. The condo itself was super clean, spacious, and came with all the essentials {and more} you would need for a week’s stay. From the family games, full size washer and dryer, smart TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen- it has that extra cozy touch that makes it feel like home. But these owners even go a step above to accommodate their guests. Prior to arriving I had inquired about a crock pot and they even went out to purchase one so it was there for my arrival- exceptional customer service!! I will deftinitely be staying here in the future!!!

We could not have a better place to stay in Destin than at Pam and Paul’s condo!! Comfort, location, private, ease of contact/response to owner, everything needed to be comfortable….perfect in EVERY way!! 3rd rental….looking forward to 2 more this season. I was also honored to meet some of Pam & Paul’s “people”, which gave me insight to them…. Great people with a GREAT place to spend a week… or 2… or 3????????

The minute you walk in the door, you will feel like you have come home! Beautiful, comfortable, well-stocked, convenient, quiet…. And I could go on. This is my third stay at Paul and Pam’s condo and I have two more scheduled! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Paul is easy to contact and responds quickly. On this particular trip, I was able to meet some of his “people”, which gave me insight into Paul and Pam. Great people, great condo! Thank you for another great. Stay in your home away from home.!!

This condo cannot be beat! The most perfect location - literally steps from Pompano Joe’s, the beach & the pool, all the needed amenities & up-to-date decor. Our stay was peaceful, comfortable & not long enough. We will definitely be reaching back out to the Sullivan’s for our next visit!

In order to give an honest review, you’re supposed to offer the hood and the bad. But there isn’t a single bad thing I can say about this place! Maybe there wasn’t a $500 Pompano Joe’s gift card on the counter when we checked in?! Lol What a phenomenal spot, beautiful water, and comfortable condo! We had a favorite place before we stayed here…now that has changed! Usually by the end of a trip, we can’t wait to get home. In this case, we hated to leave. ABSOLUTELY loved it! Thanks for the opportunity and for sharing your beautiful place with us for the week! We are grateful beyond words!

This location was absolutely perfect! No stairs or long hallways to navigate and the beach and the pool are steps away from the condo. Easy access! This condo was clean, nice, everything worked, owner was responsive. Just perfect!

Tradewinds 1 is a great place to stay. Condo was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Paul and Pam were quick to answer any questions we had. Looking forward to our next visit.

We've been coming to Miramar Beach for a while, and love the beach and this area so much. We loved Tradewinds 1, in just a few steps and your feet are in the sand. We loved how nice and updated the condo was and enjoyed the comfortable mattress. It was so easy to wash towels and clothes with the new washer/dryer they had. Pam and Paul answered every question with a very quick response in a friendly manner. Don't have to take luggage up any stairs, a new fridge, and TVs in each room, you can't go wrong with this place. The food smell from Pompano's made us hungry and that's a good smell, haha. Sit on the front porch or back porch, rinse your feet and stuff with the water hose by the pool house If you don't want to drive to eat, you can easily walk to Pompano Joes or Kenny D's both have excellent food then we took a left at Pompano Joes, went a couple of blocks to Alvin's Island, turned left at Alvin's Island and that road leads you all the way down to a red light and straight across is Culver's which we loved their ice cream custard for a quick dessert. You can walk off your food by walking to Alvin's or the boardwalk for a beautiful sunset. Great place to stay!!! Thanks, Paul and Pam for allowing us to stay.

My mom lives in Ohio and I live in TN, so we met up and came to Tradewinds #1 in Miramar Beach for a relaxing retreat. Our vacation rental exceeded our expectations! It was immaculate and close to everything! The beds were super comfortable! The beach was super easy to get to and Pompano Joes has excellent food! (We ate there 3 times!) Paul and Pam Sullivan are amazing hosts, answering every question and making sure my mom had an amazing vacation, as it is probably her first and last to the Gulf due to her health conditions. Parking was handicapped and right at the door. No steps. Walk in Shower, and we could sit outside and see the ocean from the couch inside and the patio outdoors. I would definitely stay here again, plenty of room for 6 people, and conveniently located. YOU CANT GO WRONG by renting this condo from Paul and Pam Sullivan! The pictures online are EXACTLY what you get when you arrive. Its a perfect rental.

Our two weeks at Tradewinds1 was perfect for the two of us. Cute condo, updated and easy walk to beach and pool. Sit out front for morning sun and ocean view or on back patio for the afternoon/evening sun. Everything was just right and the one glitch, not the owners fault, was handled within an hour of reaching out to Paul. Small complex which we liked compared to the surrounding big ones in the area. Public beach access is right across the street and crossing was surprisingly easy since drivers always stopped for pedestrians in or out of the crosswalk. Good condo plus good weather equaled a great vacation!

We stayed the week between Christmas and New Years, it happened to be a deep freeze for the entire country ! We made the best of it. The condo was very clean and cozy perfectly situated right across the street from Pompano Joes with views of the ocean and main strip. we loved sitting out on the patio watching the morning sun rise and evening sunset. The pool was very close by unfortunately the weather was to chilly for us to use ( wish there were a hot tub ). Parking was great we had a designated spot right outside the door. This made unpacking and packing a breeze (no steps). There were several places to walk to including bad ass coffee for those early mornings. Grocery stores, gas stations and souvenir shops all very close ! We had everything needed at the condo including small coffee pot, cooking items, hair dryer and washer/dryer . The only recommendation I would have is the second bedroom to have a full length mirror so if several people are getting ready they wouldn't have to crowd the restroom. We had no issues staying here and thoroughly enjoyed the condo and Miramar beach. The owners were always very quick in responding to any questions we had. Thank You so very much ! Until next time

I’m just returning from a 2 week get away. I stayed at Tradewinds #1 from Pam and Paul condo and I can not express how wonderful these weeks have been. I had two groups of girlfriends meet and the condo was perfect. Clean close to the beach and so convenient, especially the ground floor back patio! We had 14 days of beautiful sunshine, clear water and wonderful memories. This is my 3 stay this year and will book again; for my next beach trips 2023. Condo works for girls trip or families. Give Paul a call ….you will Not regret a minute of this beach condo.

The condo is great! The location to the beach and pool were awesome. The beach is beautiful. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked.

Our family loved this condo! It was perfectly decorated and really felt like you were at home. It had everything you needed, as for cooking appliances and utensils. And when they say they are steps to the beach they mean it! This place was conveniently located close to everything in Destin! Will definitely stay here again!

Wow, is all we can say! My family of 6 got home last night, and what an amazing trip we had! Unit 1 at Tradewinds is literally THE perfect condo! We are already planning our trip to this unit for next year! The amenities, and restaurants, and entertainment, are all so close! Such a peaceful, low density complex! I would highly recommend this very clean unit! If you haven’t stayed here yet, once you stay once. It’ll be your go to unit every time you go to Destin! Thank you!

The condo is perfectly located and the most convenient one at Tradewinds. The ocean and pool are steps away. We were impressed by the updates. New mattresses, updated appliances, and comfy furnishings. Paul and Pam were very responsive hosts!

We are a family of 4 and recently stayed here. This condo is excellent! Great location directly across the street from the beach! The condo was clean when we arrived and everything we needed was right there! Paul was great to communicate with. I highly recommend this unit!

The condo is lovely. Location is perfect for being able to walk to spots. The public beach is great. Nice location to serve as launch point for other explorations to Pensacola, Defuniak and Water Color.

Our family stayed here and it was amazing! The place was very clean and updated. It was great for families. Had beach toys, chairs and even a gaming console. VERY nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Can't wait to stay here again!

Nice, clean, updated condo. My family of 4 stayed here and it was perfect! Pam and Paul were easy to work with and quick to respond to me when I needed them. Beautiful pool and super easy beach access as well!!

Perfect condo for our beach vacation. Clean and updated with lots of extras. Very convenient location. Hope to be able to return in the fall. Bed was very comfortable and bunk beds were a hit with grandson.
