The Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort is a 52-acre private gated community, which offers special amenities such as sun deck, gas grills, putting green, and shuffleboard. Fine dining is available at the onsite Ocean Club Restaurant. Its great location puts it close to Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin, with tons of shopping and top-rated restaurants and the nation's largest outlet complex, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. ***The Elevator Modernization Project will begin with Elevator 3 on August 5th. 2024. Each elevator will be completed before moving to the next and it is expected to take 14 weeks per elevator. If the project goes as planned it should be complete before summer 2025.
