Forever Vacation Rentals and their lovely home were amazing! Responsive and helpful. The house was very cozy and spacious we felt right at home. Great location! Walking distance to the beach! I loved that the pool was next to us.

The parking was a little hard, due to being at the end in the back corner. The condo was very nice and close to everything. The beach was like a half a mile away. We walked to the beach a few times. It was a great stay and I would def stay again.

A short walk to the beach, which was a plus! The only issue was the parking was slightly tight but we made it work. It's close to many restaurants and shopping centers. I would definitely stay here again. The visit was absolutely pleasant.

Making memories last a lifetime with your stay at Sea’cret Treasure @ Woodland Shore, visiting the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast! This is new to our rental program and booking fast!
This beautifully decorated 2 story end unit townhome features 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and can easily accommodate 6 people! This vacation home features all the comforts that you are looking for on your next beach getaway. Once inside you'll discover a cozy home decorated with coastal décor, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, luxury vinyl flooring, spacious floor plan and so much more to keep you relaxing while on vacation.
LIVING ROOM – 1st Floor
The living room is truly the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or pool! Unwind on our comfortable sectional sofa as you enjoy your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. You will also find a half bathroom for your guests. In the mornings, you can relax out on the patio with lots of comfortable furniture and enjoy a cup of coffee to get ready for your day.
KITCHEN & DINING – 1st Floor
The kitchen has been tastefully designed and is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation during your visit. Keep the cook company at the kitchen bar with seating for 2, then enjoy dinner at the dining table that accommodates 4 guest. You have a full-size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
PRIMARY BEDROOM – 2nd floor
You will love relaxing here after a long day at the beach! Enjoy a comfortable king bed, a private closet, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and double vanity. Take in the sunset on the private balcony.
2nd BEDROOM – 2nd floor
The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds. Comfortable mattresses that will send you to sleep after an enjoyable day in the sun. This room also includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Getting to the pool couldn't be any simpler, just follow the sidewalk with about 30 steps to the right that will lead you to the closest pool. Diagonal from the condo is the second larger pool with seating. You get to decide which is your favorite!
Parking is located at the back of the condo with 2 reserved parking spots. Here you will find the beach closet where you will find gently used beach toys, floats, beach chairs, beach wagon, and a cooler. After each use we ask that you rinse off and return for the next guest enjoyment. A grill is onsite as well to fix your awesome chef inspired favorite meals.
Woodland Shores community features 2 pools, a large common green space, and is a 5-minute walk to the beach that sets the stage for a memorable trip. Along this stretch of Scenic Hwy 98 you'll find several restaurants for you to enjoy and public beach parking. Head to the Emerald Coast Parkway where you will find everything you need from grocery stores, retail shopping, outlet mall, movie theatres, bowling alley and fast-food restaurants. Be sure to pack some flashlights and head to the beach for some nighttime fun searching for the ghost crabs as they run along the sandy tide.

This property is stocked with a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited amount of beach towels, bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed for longer stays.
*Please note that due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit and a rule of the HOA*
*High-speed internet (400+mbps) is free to use however, if very important and a must have, you may want to bring your own hotspot as summer crowds can slow the speed down anywhere along the Emerald Coast.*
