The property was very clean and well maintained. The updated showers were so nice and having two king beds was a bonus! The walk to the beach wasn't bad and our kids enjoyed the pool which is just outside the door. Our only complaint was when residents were in their unit above us, the foot traffic is very loud...especially late at night.

We really enjoyed the stay. Condo was beautiful and spacious. Bedrooms were so large and beds were very comfortable. Not far to get to beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Owner called to sure I had no problems greeting in Condo on my arrival.
That was nice and was available to answer any of my concerns.
Everything was very nice. The rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking pans.
Great location for getting to the beach. Or you could walk out your back door to enjoy the pool.
Would definitely stay there again.

We had a family in town and always love our stays at Beachview. This was one of the units, and was perfect - better than we were expecting! Such easy access to the beach and pool area, we went back and forth between them all day. Felt like home. Well-stocked and cozy and has room to spread out. Hope to stay again!

We stayed at this condo in 2018 and enjoyed it so much that we returned in July of 2022. Nice, large, clean unit with plenty of kitchen supplies and furniture. Pool right outside the patio door. Quick walk to the beach. Owner nice to work with.
No real complaints - we knew from staying there prior that there is noise from the upstairs condo, but we were gone so much that it wasn't a problem. There are fans and sound machines in both bedrooms, and that helped with any noise during the night. I would still give this condo 5 stars and plan to return again next time we visit Navarre!

Flaming Sunrise is a gem. Sweet little condo for our family getaways. We liked it so much last year, we made sure to book again for this year. We just got back from our 2nd trip and it was wonderful. The new renovations to both the bathrooms with the addition of walk in showers was amazing. This place feels like home away from home. Plenty of space for our family of 5. It's a very short walk right at the walkway onto the beach.

This was a clean and nicely located property. I liked having the first floor. You could walk right out to the pool and tennis courts. We really appreciated the extra amenities like use of the beach chairs, sand toys, and little things like soap and dish detergent. It allowed us to pack a little lighter for the trip. This beautiful two bedroom condo with king size beds was very comfortable! The kitchen was well supplied! We loved the paintings on the walls and enjoyed the spacious and comfortable gathering room. The newly renovated bathrooms were marvelous😊

We had a great vacation during our stay in Flaming Sunrise. The home was exactly what we needed with just a short walk to the beach. It was a cozy and comfortable place to stay. We really appreciated that we had use of beach chairs. The communication with the owners was easy with quick responses. We can't wait to go again!

Our favorite part was the location of the pool. It was literally right outside our door. The property has the patio tables and chairs super convenient to eat outside and from there watch the kids swim in the pool which is a few feet away. The beach was also within walking distance. You just had to cross the bridge. That was our favorite part.
The house itself is great. It had everything we needed. They even had beach stuff like floaties, noodles, sand toys, nets and small surfboards. The beach umbrellas and chairs came also very handy. We also liked that they had an ice maker. We have nothing but the best to say about the property and the owner. If there’s something to be addressed is that the door to the master bedroom kept on locking on its own and the sink on the other bathroom took a longer time than usual to drain. In the kitchen also the faucet had to be closed a certain way otherwise it would drip. But those things were not an issue for us. That’s just things that can be easily fixed. We had a family with children right in top of us that you could hear the running but that’s nobody’s fault. We just happened to book at the same time that they did and their children were active but once again that has nothing to do with the property. It was clean, comfortable king beds, spacious and good communication. The beach was great. We had a great time and highly recommend this property. It’s on the ground floor which is great for seniors!!

This truly comfortable and spacious ground floor, two-bedroom condominium is conveniently situated close to everything Navarre. It's just steps to the ocean, next door to the Springhill Suites, and a half mile to The Navarre Fishing Pier and Juana’s Pagoda’s.
The owners have tastefully decorated with local artist's paintings and canvas prints of photos they have taken of Navarre Beach.
Navarre is an easy destination by car or plane. We host guests from Houston, New Orleans, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Virginia, the Carolina’s and Georgia. For guests arriving by plane, Pensacola International Airport PNS is only a 45-minute drive. Destin Fort Walton Beach airfield VSP, is approximately 40 minutes by car. Rental cars are available at both airports.
If you are planning to visit members of the military at Eglin Air Force Base
or Hurlburt Air Force Base we welcome you to stay at our condo, it is a short commute to these installations.
There are a host of restaurants and activities in the area, however Navarre Beach remains a laid-back little island. Navarre Beach is known for shelling, fishing, watching the Blue Angels fly by, and fresh seafood. For those that like fresh seafood, Joe Pattis Pensacola, is an iconic destination with the largest fresh seafood display I have ever seen! Stop on your way back from the Naval Aviation Museum or sight-seeing in Pensacola to grab fresh seafood for dinner.
In Navarre you will find Andy D's Seafood restaurant a short walk from the condo and if you feel like playing volleyball, catching the sunset, listening to live music or grabbing a slice of key lime pie, Juana’s Pagoda’s is the place to be! Check out their events page for a listing of live music. Dewey Destin's is a favorite offering locally caught fresh fish and shrimp; our favorites must be their smoked fish dip and their hushpuppies! Peg Leg Pete's is a well-known Pensacola Beach restaurant. Get there early to enjoy the tropical scenery, live music and some of the best food around!
Closer to the condo you will find Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center that cares for injured or sick sea turtles. The turtles are seen up close; it’s a great educational facility for all ages. The Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge is also doing magnificent work to help small breed wild animals rehabilitate after injury.
Another fabulous addition to the area is the new splash park for kids! It makes me wish I was 5 again! It’s located just over the causeway on the left. The Navarre Fishing Pier is a short half mile walk from the condo and they say it’s the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s a great place to watch sunset, sunrise, people watch and look into the water to see what sea life you’ll see! It’s common to see Fred the Herron, sea turtles, dolphin, jelly fish and sting rays.
