     This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome is set for you to explore the white sugar beaches of Navarre.  This slice of heaven is sure to be just the dessert that satisfies your beach appetite.  Choose how fast you get to the beach, 35 paces, 50 paces, a short stroll across boardwalk, or a 1/2 mile walk to the longest pier, you will find plenty to fill your vacation hours at Navarre Beach Emerald Coast Bungalow.  This polite beach area is filled with things to do and see.

The living space (living room, kitchen, dining, ½ bath and laundry are located on the second story and sleeping arrangements are on the third story.  First story is garage.
     Living room offers relaxing sofas, recliner, reading area and antique game table, large smart tv, so remember your passwords and account numbers for streaming and keeping up on your favorite programs.
     The master suite bedroom has king size bed, view of bay to enjoy with your morning beverage of choice and lovely sitting area with smart tv. Master bath, 2 large double sinks in the vanity, shower, and walk-in closet, detailed with complementary soap and face wash clothes too, and a few mini items you may have forgotten.  This master suite is tastefully decorated to bring in the elements, natural grass baskets and weathered wood found on Navarre Beach.  Located off of the master suite through the French doors is the best place to do stargazing in the Adirondack chairs which are just the right angle for star gazing with your downloaded star gazing app or just sit back and view the beautiful sunsets over the water. Also a great place to watch seasonal fireworks. We have not been there when the Blue Angels are flying, but hear it is great!
     Guest bedroom 1 and 2 both complement queen size sleeping accommodations.  Full guest bath located near guest bedrooms 1 & 2. Guest Bedroom 1 offers bay view from the bed where you can linger in bed and enjoy the view of the bay with your hot or iced drink of choice.  Each room has adjustable ceiling fans and closets for storing your perfectly selected beach wardrobe.
     Beach closet located on the second floor, houses some beach friendly chairs, toys, and beach towels.  Also located for your use are the dining patio seating cushions.  We hope you enjoy many meals here with friends and family.  You may even have a fisherman or fisherwoman who will set your table with one or more of the delicacies of the bay or gulf.  
     Kitchen is fully furnished with place settings, cook ware, coffee machine and French press, blenders, and items for you to enjoy preparing meals.  Or you can order takeout from one of the many local restaurants.  Refrigerator has double ice makers so you should have plenty of ice for your needs.  Kitchen also offers bar sink and moveable island for accommodating your larger seating at the farmhouse table with two leaves.
     Washer and dryer also on premises if you find that you need to do a bit of laundry.
     Famous Navarre Beach Pier will give you quite a show.  Choose to take a walk during the day and discover many friendly animals that call Navarre Beach home.  Turtle watching and turtle sanctuary.  Sea life commonly sighted are rays, dolphin, jellyfish, crab, and many others.  If you are a person who finds shells intriguing, you are going to love Navarre Beach, and you can clean off in the outdoor shower located in the front on the ground floor. Also plenty of parking.  You can even park your boat on the bay.
