Absolutely Amazing!! Location/Location. Everything you could possibly need as the host has thought of everything. Beautifully furnished, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and plenty of big soft towels, 4 decks w/ water views...the list goes on. The unit is basically right on the water of the intercostal with gorgeous white sand beach and a 5min walk to the famous gulf beaches. If you need to get out for a bite/libations there is Windjammers on the Pier, Andy Ds and Juana's Pagodas just a 7 min walk away. Our gracious host was quick to respond and very accommodating. We will be back ASAP. Thank you for everything!!
Thank you for the wonderful review. We have tried to make our place like your home, in shat you are on vacation, you don't need to go shopping fo toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and dishwashing liquid, and things like laundry soap. We provide these for you. Sorry we can't be there to do your laundry, but we do provide a full size washer and dryer for your use. We hope that you will come back and visit. We stayed here with extended family and it was amazing!! The kids loved watching the sail boats go by in the sound. The parents loved we could relax while they splashed in the waters by the house. After splashing around on the beach area we walk over to the pier and watch the fisherman bring in their catch! I love the feel of the house, it’s clean and has games for the kids to play. And the master bedroom deck is the perfect escape for mom and dad. * all beach holes were filled in
So glad you enjoyed your stay. Excellent comment about the kids, splashing around in the Sound, your right so convenient and quiet. I know from other guests stay that the sound beach was so convienent for the parents and kids. They are right there and you can actually watch them from the deck. Nice that they are only a few steps away from all the amenities of the beach. The water being waveless most of the time is also an excellent feature of location. I too enjoy the top deck, it is wonderful for star gazing. I have not been there for the 4th of July yet, but I imagine you might be able to see the fireworks too or at least walk to where the fireworks are being released and view, cuts down on traffic. What a great staycation , such a lovely cozy home just steps away from the sound . I love the sound side because it’s great if you have small children , with no worries of big waves as a distraction for all mom with little ones. The location is just perfect for all destinations . I’m big on family time in the kitchen, that being said the kitchen is so spacious for family gatherings and is well stocked . The location is nestled in its own little cul-de-sac . My boyfriend and I had an amazing weekend.

Maybe you can come and visit next year, and we wish for better weather for you. We also enjoy the Sound side and how relaxed it is with gentle waves.

This place has it all!! We were a couple minutes walk from the Navarre pier where we got to take the most beautiful sunset pics. The beaches are some of the best in the world!! The white sugar sand and emerald green water can’t be beat. Juana’s is the locals hangout which was right around the corner from the condo. They have live bands great drinks and volleyball courts for anyone to enjoy. The condo is very spacious and had plenty of room to entertain guests. The kitchen and back deck were our hangout spots. I highly recommend booking a stay here. With spring break and summer right around the corner this is a place I’d come to over and over!! You just can’t beat what this place has to offer!!

Immerse yourself in Sugar White Sand Beaches on the Gulf or on the Bay
This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome is set for you to explore the white sugar beaches of Navarre. This slice of heaven is sure to be just the dessert that satisfies your beach appetite. Choose how fast you get to the beach, 35 paces, 50 paces, a short stroll across boardwalk, or a 1/2 mile walk to the longest pier in Florida, you will find plenty to fill your vacation hours at Navarre Beach Emerald Coast Bungalow. This polite beach area is filled with things to do and see.
The living space (living room, kitchen, dining, ½ bath and laundry are located on the second story and sleeping arrangements are on the third story. First story is garage.
Living room offers relaxing sofas, recliner, reading area and antique game table, large smart tv, so remember your passwords and account numbers for streaming and keeping up on your favorite programs.
The master suite bedroom has king size bed, a view of bay to enjoy with your morning beverage of choice and lovely sitting area with smart tv. Master bath, 2 large double sinks in the vanity, walk in shower, and walk-in closet, detailed with complementary soap and face wash clothes too, and a few mini items you may have forgotten. This master suite is tastefully decorated to bring in the elements, natural grass baskets and weathered wood found on Navarre Beach. Located off of the master suite through the French doors is the best place to do stargazing in the Adirondack chairs which are just the right angle for star gazing with your downloaded star gazing app or just sit back and view the beautiful sunsets over the water. Also a great place to watch seasonal fireworks. Blue Angels return home on Sunday nights, 6:00-6:30 p.m.
Guest bedrooms 1 and 2 both complement queen size sleeping accommodations. Full guest bath located near guest bedrooms 1 & 2. Guest Bedroom 1 offers bay view from the bed where you can linger in bed and enjoy the view of the bay with your hot or iced drink of choice. Each room has adjustable ceiling fans and closets for storing your perfectly selected beach wardrobe.
Beach closet located on the second floor, houses beach towels, bags. We also added a beach bin in the garage this year, which is host to some floats, beach umbrellas, chairs and toys. Also new addition this year is a beach cart to help you go from house to Gulf with your days picnic. Fill up the provided ice chest with drinks and your picnic lunch and off you go.. We hope you enjoy many meals here with friends and family. You may even have a fisherman or fisherwoman who will set your table with one or more of the delicacies of the bay or gulf.
Kitchen is fully furnished with place settings, cook ware, auto drip coffee machine and French press, blenders, and items for you to enjoy preparing meals. Or you can order takeout from one of the many local restaurants. Refrigerator has double ice makers so you should have plenty of ice for your needs. Kitchen also offers bar sink and moveable island for accommodating your larger seating at the farmhouse table with two leaves.
Washer and dryer also on premises if you find that you need to do a bit of laundry, and soap is provided.
Famous Navarre Beach Pier will give you quite a show. Choose to take a walk during the day and discover many friendly animals that call Navarre Beach home. Turtle watching and turtle sanctuary. Sea life commonly sighted are rays, dolphin, jellyfish, crab, and many others. If you are a person who finds shells intriguing, you are going to love Navarre Beach, and you can clean off in the outdoor shower located in the front and back of the ground floor. Also plenty of parking. You can even park your boat on the bay.
We provide your linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. We also have a supply of reusable shopping bags for your trips to the store.
