We had a great stay in Navarre. The family got together and enjoyed the visit! There was plenty of room for everyone. Even the pup had a great time! The home had all the amenities you could ask for. The leaser was in contact and provided a lovely “welcome” gift bag full of snacks! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at Sunsations. A quick stop at the grocery store for food on the way in and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owners were very responsive, so we had no trouble getting in as soon as we pulled up. The house was cool and clean and had all the necessities. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect to enjoy the beach, which is a very short walk. Sitting on the front porch is a lovely view of the sound and sunsets and if you wake up early enough, you can enjoy the sunrise from the deck off the master suite! Navarre itself was great as well. We visited in July but the beach access by the house was not crowded at all. Make sure to grab a breakfast burrito at Shark Bite! We had excellent seafood nearby at Scooter’s and made sure to visit Sweet Pea at the turtle sanctuary to cool off in the afternoon. We look forward to coming back!

This is a fairly new rental, and once a few small kinks get worked out, could easily be five stars! The description is completely true…close to the beach, with views of beach and sound on both sides! When we got there, there wasn’t a TV in the bunk room, but when I texted the owner, it was quickly rectified. Also, it looks like someone stole their beach chairs, which was a bummer, and when their handyman came to bring the new TV, he also brought chairs. Unfortunately, he bought the high tailgate-type chairs, so we had to still go buy our own beach chairs, so if you want the typical “low to the ground“ beach chair, bring your own! The biggest issue we came upon was if both showers were being used at the same time, the water turned off, but once the handyman returned to show us the trick of the automatic shut off, we will able to turn it back on on our own when it happened a few other times . These were small things that didn’t compare to the great house and a great week at the beach! One thing I would mention to the owners is to maybe have a couple more bowls in the kitchen. There were two lovely small bowls, but that was it, and when four kids are trying to eat cereal at the same time, it became challenging! We went out and bought Styrofoam bowls, but would be a good thing for the kitchen to have more. Otherwise, the kitchen was fully stocked, and even had extras, like tea drops, which I greatly appreciated! As I mentioned, this is a new rental, and I think it can easily be five star once things get rolling! Thank you for a great, great stay!

*Bedroom 1 offers a King size bed, private bath, smart Roku TV, and access to the rear deck with gulf view.
*Bedroom 2 offers a Queen size bed, smart Roku T.V.. and access to the rear deck with gulf view. This bedroom shares a full bathroom on main level.
*Bedroom 3 offers bunk beds, twin on top, double bed on bottom, smart Roku TV. This bedroom shares a full bathroom on main level.
*Loft on second floor also has a sofa sleeper (futon style) that can accomodate additional guests. Overlooking family/dining room with view of the sound.
The family room is spacious and offers a large sofa and recliner on the ends, which provide plenty of seating for the entire family. There is a smart ROKU TV centrally located in the living room. The dining area (seating for 6) is located between the kitchen and family room . The deck wraps around all 4 sides of the house, with gulf view in rear and sound view in the front. Rare large windows in front of the home, allows for unobstructed views of the sound from the family room and dining area.
