Great fenced back yard to play a game or toss a ball around with the entire family. There is a community playground next to the property for the children to enjoy. Also, there is community access to the Sound with a picnic area and boardwalk to sit and enjoy our beautiful sunsets. Boats and trailers cannot be parked in the driveway. However, there is space in the back yard to park your boat during your stay.

This 4 bedroom 2 bath home has a large King Master Suite has a flat screen tv with adjoining bathroom, double vanity sink. There are 3-Guest Bedrooms. Guest bedroom #1 has 2 twin beds, Guest bedroom #2 has a King bed, Guest bedroom #3 has a Queen bed. Guest bathroom has a tub / shower combo with vanity sink. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

All bed linens are provided including beach towels.
