Description
6 kayaks are included with our beautiful waterfront home!
Our home is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, and just over a mile from the Navarre Beach Pier, Juana’s Pagotas and other great restaurants. And just off the island, less than a 10 min drive to multiple food stores, tons of great local restaurants, Walmart and more.
Military Travelers: Per Diem Rates available for extended stays. Just get in touch. (We completely understand and will meet JTR requirements)
About Our Home:
Main Living Space- Enjoy our modern and spacious open concept living space, boasting a 65” smart TV, queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, and dining space for 10. Take in amazing sunsets and the cool evening breeze from the west facing living room balcony, overlooking the backyard waterfront canal.
Kitchen- Our fully stocked, full size kitchen offers you the ability to prepare meals and drinks for your family and guests. From baking a cake to cooking full meals, hot coffee in the morning and wine with dinner, we have everything you’ll need.
Bedrooms- The spacious master suite has a king size bed and an attached bath, a 50” smart tv, and a large walk-in closet with plenty of room for your things. The west facing master bedroom balcony is also a great place to take in a sunset or watch the fish jump in the canal.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a great view of the Gulf. Bedroom 3 is set up with a full over full bunk with a twin size trundle under that. Both rooms have smart TV’s. A full bathroom with a tub is adjacent to both rooms. A pack and play is available on request.
Laundry Room- We offer the use of a full size front load washer and dryer for your convenience.
Garage- The extra-large garage covers the full footprint of the house, offering ample space for storage of your beach gear, kayaks, and coolers. It’s also a great place to hang out in the shade and play foosball or ping-pong.
The yard- Launch your kayaks -or ours, included with the home- right from the backyard into a deep-water canal with over 25 feet of waterfront access. Sun bathe on the 18x12 foot deck right up to the waters edge while you watch the fish jump. The yard makes our home the complete package when booking a vacation for your family. And yes, 4 adult kayaks and 2 youth kayaks are provided at no extra charge! Life jackets are included too.
A few disclaimers:
**You must be aware that this house is elevated about 12 feet above ground level and will require you to climb stairs to reach the main living space (2nd floor), and climb another flight of stairs to reach the bedrooms (3rd floor).
**You must be aware that this house is situated with direct unrestricted access to water. The water is in the backyard, and there is nothing to restrict access to it. No fence, no gate. Although we are happy to accept bookings with children, it is extremely important that they remain supervised 100 percent of the time. There is no lifeguard.
**Smoking is prohibited, Period. You may not smoke anything or vape in the house, on the property, or within 20 feet of the house. Please respect this rule.
**We DO NOT allow parties at this property.
**We DO NOT allow pets or any animals at this property.
During your stay you will have full access to the entire townhome, backyard, balconies and deck as well as the canal. We’ll provide everything you need for a comfortable stay including toilet paper, clean sheets and towels, beach towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer and more. 4 adult and 2 youth kayaks are included as well. Use of the kayaks does require a separate liability release to be signed.
We’re less than 10 mins away and can be available if you should need anything during your stay. Feel free to message anytime and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. I’m happy to give you recommendations on everything and anything during your stay. Things like food and restaurants, things to do, local traffic, the best beach areas... ask anytime.
Guided surf fishing trips can be arranged. Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll give you more details, pricing, and availability.
Please respectfully follow our House Rules:
We’re private homeowners, and not part of a big rental company or condo unit. Our goal is to host you, your family, and your guests as best we can. Please enjoy yourselves while respecting our home and property. The following house rules are in place for your SAFETY and comfort. Please read all information prior to making a booking with us. Please assure that all family members and guests are fully aware of the rules.
1. Check-In time is 4pm. Our home uses smart locks for self check-in. The door code will be provided upon confirmation of booking, as you near your check-in date.
2. Check-Out time is 10am. Please be out of the home with all of your belongings by 10am. Your door code will no longer work after this time.
3. No parties. This is not a party house. Our intent is for you to enjoy a quiet relaxing vacation with your family and close friends. If you would like to host some type of “event” we’ll need to know the specifics, and can make a determination after we talk.
4. No additional guests. No guests are permitted to stay on the property that were not part of your original booking.
5. Quiet hours. After 8:00 pm please keep any music, tv, or other noise at a low respectable volume, keeping our neighbors in mind.
After 10:00pm please keep all noise levels to a respectable conversational tone, especially while outside in the yard or on the balconies.
6. No Smoking. This is a non-smoking property. Guests are not permitted to smoke anywhere in the house, on the property, or within 20 feet of the house.
7. No Pets. No pets are allowed in the house or on the property. No animals of any kind are allowed in the house.
8. Towels. Beach Towels are provided. Please do not use our white bath towels outside of the house.
9. Laundry. Our home has a clothes washer and dryer for your use. Please leave the washer door open when not in use. There’s some laundry Shout in the cabinet in the laundry room. If you happen to stain towels or linens, pleased help us out and use the shout to remove the stain.
10. Makeup remover. Makeup towelettes are provided in each bathroom. Please use them to remove makeup, not our white towels.
11. Windows- Window locks are installed on all the windows limiting how far they can open. Please don’t tamper with or remove them. They’re installed for your safety.
12. Beach Equipment. Provided for your use are 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella with a sand anchor, a cooler, and a beach wagon to get your gear to the beach. There's also some boogie boards! Feel free to use everything with care, and rinse them off and return them to the garage after the beach.
13. Parking. Please only park on the driveway in front of our unit. Do not park on or in front of the neighbor’s driveway. Additionally, do not park in the sand. It may look like you can, but its soft and deep, and you will get stuck.
