This condo was perfect for three couples. Perfect layout and the best balcony we’ve ever had. It is within walking distance to a couple of restaurants. I have no doubt we will be renting again.

Beautiful condo and floor plan was great! We had group of 8 people and had more than enough space. The deck and outdoor furniture was excellent! I would highly recommend this unit. Very well decorated and extremely clean.

We love Navarre! We have been there many times. This was the first time to stay in this particular condo. It was amazing! Perfect for a large family, lots of room, kitchen was well equipped and the condo was very clean! The property managers were great to work with, quickly responded to any questions we had. We will be back!

The condo was very nice, clean, spacious and had all the essentials needed for a beach trip. The balcony to the condo was by far the best we have had in Florida. You could see the sun rises and sunsets as well from the balcony as the from the beach. Mermaid Mansions was very responsive to all of our questions and enjoyable to work with! We will definitely stay there again!

Sea Glass has everything you want and need for a wonderful stay at the beach. From the moment you open the door you notice how immaculate it is and how well it is maintained. The tile flooring throughout is gorgeous & clean. The kitchen is appointed with everything you need to make a meal. The living room has very comfortable seating. All three bedrooms have very comfortable beds in great condition that will give you a good nights rest. The bathrooms are simply beautiful. And the views of the gulf can't be beat. You have an unobstructed view of the gulf while sitting on your private balcony, it doesn't get any better! Mermaid Mansions was so easy to work with and made sure that everything was perfect for our stay.

Unpack the car, take off your shoes, grab a beverage and start your vacation right on the Gulf of Mexico in this 1st floor upscale resort condo located at Navarre Beach Regency!
This seaside home has all you need!
Seaglass has a huge great room with comfortable leather seating and large 65" flat screen smart TV with sound bar. There is plenty of space to gather and relax with your friends and family . The floor to ceiling 9' sliders open onto your 35' long private balcony and bring the emerald green waters right in.
There is nothing between you and the gulf!!!
The fully equipped kitchen has just been updated with new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. You'll find everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or a quick snack! There is a full-sized pantry and plenty of room for multiple chefs.
The large dining area seats 6 and the breakfast bar has seating for 4 more.
A full sized walk in laundry room is a very convenient addition!
There are 2 king-sized master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one overlooking the gulf from it's own balcony. These 2 full bathrooms have been re-done with new walk in showers and corner seats.
A pair of beds are in the third bedroom (1 full & 1 queen), also with it's own full bathroom with tub/shower combination
All bedrooms come fully equipped with flat screen TV's with HD channels.
After a day of lounging on the beach, take a swim in the over-sized pool that looks onto the gulf. As a bonus, it is heated from March-October.
There is a fitness center on the first floor and a grilling area on the ground floor.
2 assigned covered parking spots are included with this unit and there are ample additional spaces available.
Keyless entry and 4 elevators make navigating this home and complex effortless.
Seaglass is located in one of the lowest density complexes on the beach. Only 9 stories high, it has it's own beach walk-over and 400' of white sandy beach.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on site or you are welcome to bring your own and store them in the public storage area near the pool so they don't get carted back to the room.
**Remember there is an outdoor shower and hose, sand stays outside. This is someones personal home. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the unit. Please make sure you are being respectful in this complex. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged.
No Pets are allowed at this complex! If you have a service animal you must fill out documents sent to you by us and they have to be approved by the HOA attorny. No refunds will be given if we are not made aware of any service animal after you have booked if you are denied by the HOA.
