Located on the main floor is the kitchen fully stocked with all cooking utensils and appliances should you wish to create your favorite meal. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with extra seating for three.

Large open main living area with comfortable seating perfect for relaxing watching your favorite movie on the large flat screen tv. Walkout balcony over looks the community pool, hot tub and fire pit.

Proceeding to the second floor are the three additional bedrooms. One king Master Suite that boasts a large glass walk-in shower, double vanity with granite counter tops, large flat screen tv. Guest Bedroom with queen bed, Guest Bedroom with two full bunk beds. Guest bathroom located in the hall with single vanity sink, granite counter tops, shower tub combo. There is also a cozy bonus room located off of the main hallway with a Queen size sofa sleeper and flat screen TV. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor as well.

This home is just steps away from the outdoor pool, hot tub, (pool not heated) and a short walk to the sound side beach path.
