Palm Breeze Beach Policies:
$800 refundable damage/security deposit in addition to rent will be returned when our cleaning staff determines all is in order/no damage. One-half of rent due with rental agreements; remaining half and damage deposit due 30 days before check-in.
We do not rent to 25 and under or student groups. No pets, parties, or smoking. Sorry, we cannot accommodate weddings, receptions, or any other event.

We rented palm Breeze late October 2021. Weather was great. The house was perfect. Plenty of room for 11 of us. The private beach was great for our 6and 4 yr. olds. No large waves for them to be afraid of. Saw some sting rays, fish and dolphins. Sun rise and sun sets are great. Elizabeth was great to work with and professional. If your looking for a quiet place away from the usual gulf beaches, this would be it. Thanks for taking care of us.

My wife, three young kids and I had the pleasure of staying here the first week of November 2018 and had a great time. Absolutely stunning property and home! Very well appointed, decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Large, roomy and comfortable...extremely well kept and clean. The views are stunning as are the grounds, yard and beach. Everything is nicely taken care of and maintained. Having a small private beach and ocean pretty much all to ourselves was incredible and our kids had a blast. It was nice not having waves or an undertow to worry about and the shallow waters of the bay were perfect for seeing marine life, kayaking and fishing. We didn't catch much fish but enjoyed catching quite a few blue crab. We saw sting rays, puffer fish, dolphins and a huge assortment of fish every day. We also loved having the kayak to use to paddle around in. Great location as it's very close to several grocery stores to pick up anything needed for a stay. Kitchen is well stocked with enough pots, pans, utensils and other items for cooking. The weather cooperated for us and although the pool is a bit cold this time of year, the ocean temps were decent and everyone enjoyed the hot tub too. Elizabeth was a joy to deal with...she was very professional, friendly and just an email/phone call away for anything we needed. She made sure we arrived safely and checked in on us to be sure we were enjoying ourselves. I highly recommend the Palm Breeze Beach House and hope to come back again soon. We had a wonderful family vacation!!

Perfect for a group FAMILY trip with KIDS, especiallySo, this place is just a gem! The house is updated, beautiful, and best of all, had very comfortable mattresses and soft bedding. The owners have not skimped on anything -which is a rare find with vacation property. We had five kids in our party, and they just loved the bunk room and upper level atop the spiral staircase. The hammock had been damaged by the previous renters and was out of use, but the owners replaced it right away so that we could enjoy all the amenities listed. Which also includes the use of a great multi-seater kayak. This was our first time being on the Sound, and it was perfectly calm and gave a great beach feel without the risk of jellyfish and waves crashing on the little ones. We loved walking out on the long dock and relaxing! We will definitely return to this place again! Oh, and get sushi from the nearby "Slippery Mermaid." It was fantastic!

We weren't sure what to expect with the location being on the bay. It turned out to be just amazing! The water is beautiful and it has its own little beach. As for the house it's self, it was as seen in pictures. Lots of huge bedrooms and balconies on every floor! Very large washer and dryer made it easy for our large group to keep things clean. Could not ask for better place.

Amazing Navarre Getaway on the Sound with Incredible Views and Amenities!
It is an ideal retreat for multi-generation families to spend quality time in a stunning setting - there is so much to do on site for kids and adults alike (fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, relaxing, etc). In fact, many of our guests spend most of their time on the property!
The water on the Sound has been gorgeous this year - clear and warm! Right now there is June grass (algae) and jellyfish on the Gulf beaches. Not on our beach! Our guests are loving that they can swim in such clear water!
Watch blue herons trek across the beach looking for dinner and the occasional dolphin that frolics in the calm waters. You can enjoy this poolside next to the infinity-edge pool (POOL IS NOT HEATED) or relax in the above-ground hot tub under the night sky after a day at the beach. Lush tropical landscaping abounds on the property to make you feel like you're truly in an oasis! This home is on 1/2 acre and enclosed by a fence for privacy.
Inside is a spacious and beautiful retreat which has been designed for your comfort. Most bedrooms have views and access to balconies:
Ground floor has queen bedroom and full bath
First floor master bedroom with full bath and king
Second floor master bedroom with full bath with king
Second floor kids room with two twin over double bunks that sleep six
Second floor queen bedroom with shared full bath
Third floor room via spiral stair case has bunk; hanging twin bed and twin trundle

The kitchen has plenty of space to create meals for a large family, or grill out! We also have our own private white sand beach and dock - bring your wave runners! Or, enjoy the tandem kayak on site - it's a great way to explore the Sound.
Of course you can head down the road to the family attractions in Destin or let the sugar-white sand sift through your toes just five miles west on uncrowded Navarre Beach, Florida's 'best kept secret.' You may even decide to enjoy your own beach where the water is clear and shallow, and parents can let young children play without concern about rough water or undertow.
