This fantastic beachfront townhome offers 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath and living room that steps out onto the private patio. Here you can enjoy grilling and chilling among the great Gulf breeze. The upper level offers two bedrooms and two full baths as well as laundry facilities. Sleeping arrangements consist of a queen bed, two full beds and a queen sleeper sofa. The entire unit is tastefully decorated with soothing colors and beach decor. Head out to the boardwalk that delivers you to the amazing white sandy beaches of Navarre. Gaze at the crystal clear turquoise waters and just enjoy life in Navarre. The housing community offers a gated pool area with plenty of lounge chairs if you need a break from the beach. Our unit is well-supplied with all the extras including a full-size highchair, baby gate, baby bathtub and pack-n-play with sheets. We have all the beach gear including beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, cooler, life vests, arm and ring floats as well as beach games. For those rainy days, we have plenty of board games, card games, puzzles and coloring books to keep you busy. Our private patio offers seating to relax and a gas grill to enjoy some surf and turf while soaking up the Gulf breeze. The unit comes with two designated parking spots. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you could need including complimentary coffee to brew and complimentary coffee and tea k-cups for the Kuerig.
