The unit currently is original from the 1960's. Nothing has been remodeled YET. We plan to do a complete renovation of our unit to match our #329 DOME . We call it our MINI DOME.

Pet friendly - 2 pets max. 25 pounds and under, kitchenette ( fridge and microwave ) .

Beach front top floor with amazing view.

This unit is old, not updated, and we can not clean old. we will not issue refunds for cleaning our prices are low to rent it and fill it for the season before we rip it out , and put brand new in... but if your looking for a cheap get a way before we remodel it for 2020, this is the KEY SPOT.

You can walk to PIER PARK , and best part we are beach front.

I LOVE SUNBIRD COMPLEX. they have gated parking ( there are parking pass and wrist band fees , but it is only a 1 time fee for the entire stay and under 25 dollar ) , 3 different pools for the complex so everyone isn't crowded together ( I personally loved the side pools ) , and beach access ! Sunbird 412 is a little more on the pineapple willy side , BUT we could still see the beach and the unit is very nice and maintained. Kara was very easy to work with as she has self check in , and everything is emailed to you a few times before checking in. I will def be back ! OH and if I needed anything kara would make the trip out to satisfy any concerns I had, like a extra towel or things like that...
