We loved all the amenities that he's included...just about anything we needed, he had there already! The best thing was our host: very responsive; clear instructions with pictures to help us navigate upon arrival; proactively sending out procedures for check-in and -out, rules, door code, etc in advance so we would have them when needed. We would definitely 'Stay with Stan' again!

Having beach service everyday was wonderful and we used the extra beach chairs in the condo to stay longer at the beach once the beach service was taken up. We walked everywhere - Pier Park, the Pier, restaurants, etc. We could have very likely done the trip without needing a rental car (we stayed 5 days). Stan provided plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry items, etc. No need to have to purchase anything when you arrive! Stan was always available to answer questions and gave great recommendations.

What an incredible experience!! This unit was even more beautiful in person! So much room for my family of 6 which came in handy as PCB was experiencing an unusual cold front the 1st few days. It was hard to get my husband out of the room!! So clean, so quiet, so spacious, and so convenient to get to restaurants and shops. Stanton was amazing too! So responsive and helpful with every silly question I had! The best experience I have had! Thank you Stan! Can’t wait to come back next year!!

Stan made the place feel like home and he was very accommodating. The convenience of the location alone made it worth our stay. The little touches that he added (snacks, beach accessories, board games) , made us feel like family ! I would love to come back , we had an amazing experience.

The kitchen was also well equipped. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, it was very nice for my family with two teenagers.
It had Roku TV that was very cumbersome to find cable TV programs that I watch regularly. The owner did get Roku to recognize some cable channels, however, I was never able to watch the local weather or news. This may have been feasible to watch, but figuring it out took too much time.

The sunsets were breathtaking! My husbands enjoyed the chaise longs at the beach a lot! The beach was very beautiful, wide, long with beautiful white sand. We really loved our long afternoon walks. Stanton was super responsive and nice! We would love to come back.

The place is nice and spacious, and the environment is very relaxing. The condo is right on the beach so you don't have to walk, it's also near stores (such as target if you need to buy anything), it has a pool, it has a gym, etc. Stan was super friendly and great at communication. He provided beach chairs, recommended activities, and always responded quickly. Would gladly stay here again.

If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I’ve tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. Vacation rentals are my passion, and I am always trying to improve the guest experience so suggestions are welcome!
This spacious (1500 sq ft), recently remodeled and beautifully decorated 3BR/3BA condo is located at the luxurious, amenity-rich, Gulf-front AQUA Beach Resort. This condo was recently fully remodeled with new flooring, new countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, and all new furniture and blue, beachy décor.
The updated kitchen is fully stocked with more than the basics (coffee/tea bar, oils/spices, Tupperware, plenty of pots/pans/cookware) so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in your HOME AWAY FROM HOME. We provide a generous supply of kitchen supplies and other household (dishpods, laundry pods, soaps, trash bags, Ziploc bags, tin foil, etc.) and toiletry items. No stingy host here! Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table comfortably seats 8 with additional seating at the counter-height kitchen bar. There is also a bar space with a wine refrigerator.
The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, beachy decor, a 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, HUGE Gulf views through 9 foot sliding doors. The spacious balcony offers breathtaking views of the famous sugar white beaches and emerald waters of Panama City Beach. On the expanded balcony, there is a dining table for six and two lounge chairs. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, a cold beverage, and a meal with friends/family.
On one side of the living space, there is the spacious master bedroom with GULF VIEWS, balcony access, a KING bed, closet, 42" Smart TV, and large bathroom with dual vanity, stand up shower, and soaker tub. The second bedroom has a TWIN over QUEEN bunk bed, 42" Smart TV, and private bath with shower/tub. The third bedroom is on the other side of the condo, offering privacy and has GULF VIEWS, a KING bed, closet, 42" Smart TV, and a large private bathroom with tub/shower.
Last, there is a stacked washer and dryer. We provide plenty of Tide Pods and dryer sheets for your stay!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Aqua Beach Resort is located 0.5 from Pier Park, the Panhandle's premier beachside dining and shopping destination that has 120 stores, 23 restaurants, and numerous attractions including the SkyWheel, IMAX Theater, Royal Escape Rooms, Dave and Buster's, and more! For your grocery needs, Pier Park has a Target, Wal-Mart, and Fresh Market. Along Front Beach Road there are numerous other restaurants within walking distance Aqua, including Shuckums Oyster Bar and Pub, Diego's Burrito Factory, Moe's BBQ, Hang Five Beach Bar and Grill, and Barefoot Hideway Grill. The broader Panama City Beach area has loads of attractions including Gulf World Aquarium and Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, WonderWorks and Ripley's Believe it or Not, Zoo World, and more!
Having a car is helpful, but there are taxi and ride sharing services (Uber, Lyft) available. However, you might not even need a car as there are so many restaurants, attractions, and shopping within walking distance (1 mile or less).
My properties are all incredibly well stocked. I provide the following:
