Located conveniently within walking distance to the fresh water Lake Powell and close to a public beach access for salt water fun! This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master suite has a beautiful walk in shower and king bed. The other two bedrooms both have Queen size beds. 



House offers a private fenced in yard with a fire pit with tiki torches for roasting smores or just relaxing. A ping pong table in the garage for rainy day activities for the kids, and the house is equipped with multiple board games. It also features a beautiful full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances which is perfect for any cook. 



Lake Powell has a public boat launch, beach area, charcoal grills, picnic tables, basketball courts, and a play ground for the kids.
