My wife and I have stayed here for the past two years. The condo is beautiful with an great view of the gulf. We also love being on the second floor. It is just a short walk to the beach. Darrell and Gail are wonderful people to rent from. They are very personable and friendly. They are always willing to answer any questions that you may have. Our stays here are always very enjoyable and relaxing. Being a cook, I love the excellent restaurants close by. The Murphy's also gave us some great suggestions. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This is our first time staying at Mariner East. This unit is very convenient on the second floor across from the stairs. The size is perfect for a couple or a couple with small children. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a great week on the beach. The owner is very accommodating and communicates promptly.

We absolutely LOVE this condo! We have stayed here several times, and every single time is perfection! The Murphy's have put so much effort into making their place a home away from home for their guest. We always have everything we need, and more. The condo is very spacious. We especially enjoy the bunks for our two boys. The location is wonderful, with a beautiful view, and just steps to the water. The owners are so easy to work with, and always very responsive. We can't say enough good things about Mariner 209! We will definitely be returning for many years to come!!

My husband and I vacation alone every other year. We love the east end of Panama City Beach and were so lucky to have found this condo. I will begin with telling you about my experience with Gail & Darrell. These folks are the nicest owners we have ever dealt with! From our first conversation about renting their condo, to the last one we had about reserving it for next year...I felt like we were friends. Their condo was decorated to a “T” yet comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the balcony furniture was so comfortable!! We ate every meal looking out onto the gulf!! The location of the condo in the unit was perfect! We only used the elevator twice-when we arrived with our luggage and after grocery shopping!! The unit is directly across from the stairwell to the parking lot and it was so easy to just use the stairs. Folks, I am a quadruple joint replacement person and if I can maneuver those stairs, anyone can! The physical location of the condo could not have been more perfect!! Gypsies Crepes, Captain Andersons, and Schooners are all very close! Plus the east end of PCB is so low key!! Local shops and restaurants are great. Oh, don’t forget to get ice cream at Hershey’s!! Thank you Gail & Darrell!! I look forward to getting with you soon about reserving for next year!!

The Murphy's wonderful beach home is exactly what we wanted! It has a wonderful view of the beach and ocean and so much more! The balcony was our favorite spot with that amazing ocean view and outdoor furniture that is comfortable and like new. From the furnishings to the paint colors to the decorations and accents, the entire condominium is in tip top shape with a lovely look and relaxing feel. The king size bed and the bedding were super comfortable, we slept very well. When we arrived, the place was incredibly clean. The Murphys are owners that really care about their guests and it shows in the details of their beach home and in their interactions with renters like us. They answered our questions and wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our time there. I love that Mariner East is a smaller complex and that the beach is not crowded. We also enjoyed the pool many days and it was not crowded either. We felt very secure there. We hope to go back and stay at the Murphys beach home again! I encourage you to rent this fabulous condominium, you will not be disappointed!

We had a fabulous vacation and enjoyed this unit very much. It is just fabulous! Everything was beautiful and inviting. Probably one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in. Very well stocked. Gail Murphy was a pleasure to work with and made everything so easy. She even called and checked on us after we arrived. We will definitely visit again.

Love the location, close to anywhere you need to go. The beach is probably 100 steps from the condo, if that. Clean condo and complex. Pool guy was out every morning. The condo is decorated so cute and it is very spacious. Love the owners, so completely helpful and sweet! They really want you to enjoy your stay comfortably! I would recommend 1000%.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It is also very spacious which the pictures don’t quite portray. I thought it was going to be a little tight, but that couldn’t be further from the truth! There is so much room and great storage for your things! We never felt crowded with two adults, three teenagers and a two year old! They include anything you would need in the kitchen, including ample dishes, cookware, blender, crockpot, oven pans and a muffin tin! My kids love muffins and nowhere ever includes a muffin tin! Lol! There were more than enough towels. There was also a generous starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, even some laundry pods! If I didn’t need to get milk for the two year old, I wouldn’t have even needed to go to the store the first day! We really fell in love with this condo! The teenagers were even saying that this place “is so nice!” They wanted to stay forever! Mrs. Gail is so amazingly sweet and easy to work with! She answered any questions or concerns the same day about booking and made sure we knew she was available should we have any issues during our stay. But we didn’t have any! Mrs. Gail called to check on us to make sure everything was good and it was! We absolutely look forward to hopefully booking this condo again and again! It’s such a wonderful place to make memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us!!!

My husband and I stayed the first week of July. If you want a quiet family atmosphere that is beautifully decorated with an awesome view then this is the place for you. In the mornings from our patio we saw dolphins swimming and Tyndall Air Force pilots flying almost at eye level over the ocean. The owners are awesome!!! We booked for next year before we even left that week.

We stayed here, Unit 209, last week, May 30 - June 6. This has to be the nicest condo I have stayed in when in PCB. They did a great job with the remodel after the hurricane. The colors and simple decorations are perfect. It was equipped with everything needed if wanting to prepare any type meal. The furniture and bedding was very comfortable. As I said, the pictures don't do the place justice. Before and during the Covid-19 pandemic (with the ban), Gail was wonderful to work with before our trip. It even came down to days before we knew that we would be able to go and Gail always eased my anxiety. Once I walked in the door I had no fears that it had been thoroughly cleaned and that was very much appreciated. Mariner East is a great location for anyone wanting the quiet end of PCB. My next trip to PCB I will do my best to stay at Mariner East and in this condo. Thanks, Gail, for everything!!

The unit was very clean, and appeared to be newly remodeled when we got there. We absolutely loved it! We had a great time over the thanksgiving holiday! The owners are wonderful to work with.The view is breathtaking. Lots of great places to eat. I even got in a couple of rounds of golf. I highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here 10-07-17 - 10-14-17. The condo was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and was very convenient to the parking area. Enjoy your vacation getaway or a long weekend in our beautiful and spacious beachfront condo. This is a great family oriented facility. Our unit is located on the 2nd floor (no waiting on elevators) with easy access from parking lot. The complex is only six stories tall and is a very popular place to stay. It is just steps away the beach in the Mariner East Condominiums and it is on the 'quiet' side of Panama City Beach.
This unit is one of the largest, 1 bedroom, beachfront condos on Panama City Beach. Unit #209 sleeps up to 4 comfortably and has been completely renovated. It is immaculate with many updates. Small details have been addressed for your conveinance.
This beautiful 1 bedroom condo will make you feel right at home. It has a large living room, large bedroom, kitchen, dining area, bunk room, and 2 full baths.
The condo was renovated and remodeled in 2019. All new Luxury Vinyl Planking has been installed. It is been tastefully decorated with muted colors which provides a relaxing and soothing.
The spacious living room is comfortable, with a new media center that boasts a 60" flat screen T.V. with cable, voice remote, HBO, and HD channels. All furniture is new. Room has a recliner, two swivel chairs, dining furniture, accent tables, and bar stools. The new sofa converts to a queen sized sleeper. You have a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room, kitchen or while you are relaxing on the private balcony. The balcony is very comfortable with new composite bar height pub table.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with new bedroom furniture. It also has bamboo floor, blinds and room darkening drapes (for those mornings when you want to sleep in late). This room has a 55" wall mounted flat screen T.V. (cable, HBO, HD channels). It also has an adjoining full bath that has been renovated with a large tile shower with rainfall tile accent.
The bunk room has a new bunk bed. It is a twin over full bed. It also has drawers underneath for added storage.
The bar faces the kitchen which is fully equipped with new appliances (refridgerator, icemaker, stove, dishwasher, and microwave). Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, lots of cookware, toaster, coffeemaker (Keurig also available), Ninja Grill in kitchen, can opener, blender, crock-pot, and everything else that you need to feel right at home.
There is also another full sized bathroom in hallway (newly renovated) with tile shower/tub combonation, new vanity, sink, toilet.
The beach has easy access from the pool gate. Just two small steps and your on the warm beautiful white sand that Panama City Beach is famous for.
Unit is also equipped with free WI-FI access and has a digital lock - making entry/exit easy and key free.
The complex has a beautiful pool and is heated in the cooler months.
This unit has it's own utility room with washer and dryer. Aluminum beach chairs and umbrella Included (Not Beach Service).
Condo is well stocked with linens and towels.
This condo is located right on the Gulf and is just minutes away to St. Andrew Bay State Park, great restaurants, golf courses, amusement parks, water sports rentals, and everything else that the Panama City Beach area has to offer. A short drive will put you at Pier Park with shopping options galore!
