Boardwalk Beach Resort 1001, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This unit was absolutely amazing especially the decor of this unit it was fully furnished with everything you would need and can't wait to go back to this unit the only thing that was different was the lounger on the balcony wasn't there and the beach chairs in the beach closet wasn't there as listed and pictured so I would have to say a9 out of 10

My family and I stayed in this condo the middle of June. To say it was a nice condo does not do it justice. Beautiful condo with gorgeous gulf views. Also a great location. The condo had everything that you could need. Todd was absolutely the best. Always got right back to me if I had any questions. Will definitely rent from him again.

Our Stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. This unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The view of the ocean and condo grounds were just spectacular! One of the best parts was the owners … very very nice people they definitely know what they are doing :) Thank you for a wonderful stay and keep up the great work. We will be back!

Beautiful condo. Todd was so easy to work with and made check in seamless. Beautiful view of the ocean. Property was clean and well kept. Kitchen had everything we needed, well stocked. We would stay here again.

This unit is located on the 10th floor with amazing views of both directions. The condo is decorated very nicely and is probably the most well stocked unit I have ever stayed in. There was even a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, and sand toys. The pool and splash area were a huge hit with all of my children. The tiki bar had live music on the weekends and we enjoyed that a lot, some of the prices were a little high but the service was great. The condo had a nice view of Front Beach Road from the master bathroom as well. We are already looking forward to staying here again next year.

This condo is located on the east corner of Boardwalk Resort with expansive views both directions of the beach. It is the perfect height for a relaxing quiet time on the balcony with comfortable chairs and a table for eating. The condo itself is decorated nicely and has comfortable beds in all 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was the best stocked we have found in any of the many places we have stayed across the USA. We appreciated that! The family area, dining room and kitchen is spacious. Every room has a TV provided, but we didn't spend any time watching them. The internet was spot on which was good since my son in law always has to do some work while we are gone and my daughter did this time also. We have stayed at this resort at least twice a year for the past 4 years and are very happy to find this condo and wonderful owner that makes sure you are happy and taken care of. The grill by the pool never disappoints us with their selection of delicious drinks and yummy food. We always want to stay a few days all day by the pool and/or beach and it provides a way to do just that without having to cook or have delivery. We did make the children happy by eating at Pineapple Willys which is not far away at all. We also enjoyed another delicious dinner at C Level. We missed our visit with Uncle Ernies Bayfront Grill and hope they will be open by the time we return again. I promise you will not be disappointed staying in this condo.
