We were 100 percent satisfied with it. The rooms were spacious, the view was beautiful and Glenn was awesome. He called to check on us to make sure everything was going well. The location was great, walking distance to Pier Park as well as many other places. The elevators were awesome, we never had to wait on them and the condo was crowded. We will stay here next year.

My wife and I last minute( decided Monday, left on Tuesday) booked a condo for her springbreak (March 23-29). Calypso Panama City Beach offered a beachfront, ocean view, on the beach at a reasonable rate. ( as oppossed to staying “Off the beach” for the same rate in Destin or Rosemary Beach for example)Our 20 y/o travelled along as well last minute.
Pros: EVERYTHING is close and within walking distance!
-Hook’d on pier restaurant..Awesome in every way
-Pier park and all the attractions surrounding PCB are fantastic and w/in walking distance or a short drive
-condo location was great, we were on the 17th floor of the Calypso II, ocean view, elevator wait times not horrible
-Condo check in and reservation process was easy to navigate through VRBO
-Condo was comfortable and provided all the home essentials, almost everything worked as it was supposed to
-Tootsies and live Country Music will have you entertained til 3am
Cons.
-dryer in condo had to run 3 times in order to dry one load of bath/hand towels
-condo had a slight “musty” odor when you first walk in…not sure when it was opened last though, so it could have been sitting closed up for sometime
-Miami having a curfew for springbreakers brought in the mischief to PCB… shootings, loitering, looting….made national news
-the loud cars and trucks til 3am running the strip is annoying(now it was spring break so I can’t judge on any other time of year)
-The “Chain” bar/food places at Pier Park, don't waste your $… eat local(Hook’d bar and Grill 10/10) you wont regret it…
-lots of construction on the main strip, not a lot of noise but made walking around difficult… but it is progress I guess
All-in-all, it was a good last-minute experience, we knew it would be busy with springbreakers, but we will not return during springbreak time-frame. We will leave that for the younger crowds

BEACHFRONT VACAY
Inside, the kitchen and living room are spacious and comfortable, opening to the balcony and featuring floor to ceiling windows to soak up the view of the amazing Emerald waters. A TV and new sleeper sofa allow you to relax while out of the sun. Our full-sized kitchen and bar area are ready for any meal you wish to prepare with all appliances including a single Keurig coffee maker and a traditional full pot, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pots/pans, dishes/utensils, blender, toaster and more. Enjoy your meals or snacks at our dining table or at the stylish bar.
The one bedroom features an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed plus TV, dresser, closet and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination. In the hallway from the bedroom to the living area are built-in bunk beds, a second full bathroom with tub/shower combination, and a private washer/dryer.
The covered balcony offers seating for the best people-watching, relaxing with the waves, and soaking up the sunsets. Just to the east is a fantastic view of Pier Park. And below, you'll find one of two beachfront pools (one seasonally heated) and the Tiki Bar that sits between them at the beach access.
BONUS for guests: 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella are included at no extra cost to you (a $40/day benefit). The beach chairs are included for guests from May 23 through October 31, 2022.
This condo will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests; sorry, no pets.
