This Calypso unit was very spacious. Exceptionally clean! The beds all had memory foam mattresses, so a little soft for me, but the others enjoyed it. The view was amazing. Living room area with the large windows was great and the black out curtains were a bonus for watching football on Sat afternoon. You definately want to check out the hub across the street in tower III. Great coffee and breakfast.

Condo was amazing! It was so clean and the floor plan worked out perfectly for our family. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. This is a nice place for a family to stay.

Overall, it’s a beautiful unit. We had some issues that were dealt with fairly quickly. One, being getting in the door, the maintenance man, Dave helped us with. We got very aquatinted with him, as our A/c needed a part to help it run better. Glad that came the 2nd day, b/c it was in the high 90’s. Midway thru our week, had to come over and attempt to close the sliding glass door on living room, then in turn call a repairman for that 2, it took 2 days to repair worn out rollers on the doors. It would have been nice to to have to deal with all those things. New mattress needed for the couch, the teen girls could not sleep on it d/t the springs hurting very back. Have 3 elevators for this side, only 2 worked the entire week. If you can take the stairs, not a bad walk down. The trash chute is right there, didn’t really hear it much. The rooms were nice, Bathrooms great, especially the master. View from balcony is amazing, even saw dolphins a couple of mornings. Pier Park is a doable walking distance, with lots of restaurants, shopping, and things to do. .

This was one of the best condos we've stayed in. Besides being clean and accommodating, it's located within walking distance of several amenities. The master bed was a little squeaky (if you know what I mean) but otherwise everything was great and we would stay again.

The condo was fantastic and all the space it had with separate bedrooms was perfect! We felt right at home. The ocean view was breathtaking.. absolutely amazing! We plan to come back with friends next time ( no children) lol. And the location ... you won’t / can’t be any closer to the pier park shopping and dining. I highly highly recommend you booking with whitesandrentals. You won’t be disappointed.

Overall, the condo was more than we had hoped for. Sometimes pictures are not indicative of what is actually reality, but in this case, what you see in the pictures is what you get. The condo was very clean. The bedrooms were perfectly spaced giving everyone the privacy they might need. The beds were comfortable and the linens and bath towels were all of very nice quality. It is also very nice to have the two beach chairs and the parking space. The only thing I can even remotely say that might be on the negative side is the kitchen could use some stocking with everyday items such as additional drinking glasses, measuring spoons and cups, etc. Also, a roll of paper towels were provided, as well as, starter toilet paper, but you will need to bring dish detergent and dishwasher tablets, as well as, liquid pump hand soaps if you prefer those. They did provide the wrapped bath soaps, so the liquid pump soap is not necessary. We will definitely choose to come back here again!!!

We really enjoyed staying at your condo. It was well decorated and clean. Al the amenities are nice and sufficient. We have been coming to PCB for more than 30 years and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in. There was plenty of room for our daughter, her husband and kids to stay with us this year. This is a great unit. The Calypso is the perfect place for a Vacation. A very short walk to Pier Park. This unit has private parking. Private parking is great for coming and going. It saves a good 10 minute with our young kids. This unit is one of the nicer units we have stayed in at Calypso. We have stayed in many. Its an end unit, so great views down the beach. The decor is great. It felt as if this was a unit prepared for the owners to live. Many units are a little too "beachy" for my taste. This unit has everything you need for your stay. Kitchen is stocked. Nice T.V.s in every room. I would highly recommend this unit. Hopefully you won't pick the same week as my family picks next year. Thank you Jan for a great unit!
