There is a full laundry room and even a couple backpack style beach chairs for your convenience so you can sit anywhere you want on the beach. The unit is located in the perfect spot in the building! The 11th floor is not TOO high so you can still hear the waves, but yet high enough to ensure that you get panoramic unobstructed views from both the entry and balcony side. Calypso Tower 3 features a parking garage, a phenomenal resort style zero entry pool, hot tub, fire pit, 9 rentable cabanas, a fitness center, an on site restaurant, ice cream/donut shop, and 6 super quick elevators. ***Parking at Calypso Resort***
Calypso Resort Association (Towers I and II) is responsible for the garage utilized by all three resort towers. Guests requiring vehicle parking are required to register and pay a separate $50 Guest Registration Fee to that association. A separate link will be emailed at least two weeks prior to guest arrival to complete this registration and to make payment to that association. Once completed a guest parking pass will be emailed to the guest.
If you do not require vehicle parking, please let us know and disregard the guest registration request.
Depending on availability, a second vehicle parking permit may be purchased which requires another guest registration and $50 fee paid directly to that association. Please let us know as soon as possible if a second parking pass is desired or if there are any questions related to vehicle parking or this process.
***Beach Chairs***
Beachscapes provides a minimum of two portable beach chairs and one beach wagon in each unit for carrying the chairs and other personal items to the beach. After over 30 years of owning properties along the Emerald Coast, from guest feedback and our own experiences, all prefer the portable chairs as compared to the professional beach chair services to support placing the chairs in the best location per the guest’s needs. When we go to the beach, we prefer to sit very close to the water, especially for watching the sunsets. With the professional beach chair services providers, there is typically a set location and allowed usage time, which in many cases the chairs are located behind many rows of chairs well away from the water’s edge. Additionally the professional beach chairs are typically setup no earlier than 9 am and picked up no later than 4 pm, which takes away the ability to use the chairs outside of those times, and for us being on the beach early in the morning and watching the evening sunsets is the best parts of the day.
