Perfect spot right on the beach! Clean and clear instructions on check in and check out. The tiki bar is right beside the pool and beach. Food was delicious! Very convenient if you’re only there a few days and don’t want to buy a bunch of groceries.

We loved our stay at this condo! The condo was just as described. The view from the balcony and the ease of getting to the beach was the best part of the trip. We also loved the chairs and beach wagon that were provided. Sharon was quick to respond to any concerns that came up. We highly recommend this condo, and we’d love to stay here again.

First, the communication with the owner was the Best! Second, she was very sweet and provided extra special touches such as a handwritten welcome card with a gift on the kitchen counter. She also sent sweet little texts throuhout our stay checking on us and wishing us to enjoy our stay. Maintenance a d pest control had to have access to the condo a couple of days but we were notified the day before! The condo was very clean and well kept , had a gorgeous view , and eas in a great location. I would definitely stay here again. -Posted on VRBO

We absolutely loved this condo! We stayed here in January for 6 days & didn’t want to leave. It was equipped with everything you could need! We loved the big tubs & comfy beds! We loved the balcony too, it had such a beautiful view of the sunset & we loved listening to the ocean. The first two days the heated pool below us wasn’t working but Sharon was quick to respond to me & find out when it would be fixed for us. Once it was fixed it wasn’t necessarily “warm” but my 5 year old loved it & still swam while we hung out in the hottub. Parking is across the street but it wasn’t inconvenient for us & there was a really nice boardwalk next to the parking lot we walked down a few times. The walk to the pier on the beach is so nice and the location is so convenient to everything! We loved everything about this condo, made some wonderful memories here & hope to come back!

This was a perfect place to stay. Literally couldn’t think of a better place. Super clean and GREAT views! Sharon was an amazing host! She thought of everything and was extra kind during our checkout. Communication was very quick. Place looks exactly like the pictures but the pictures don’t do it Justice, it’s perfect for a family. Elevator waits weren’t long at all and everyone was friendly. During check out time (10am) you’re going to have a bit of a long wait for the elevators but just something to plan around. Pool was cleaned daily, beach wasn’t too full, everything you could want or need was close by or in walking distance. The sundry store ever had a ton of stuff if you needed something quickly. Idk if we just picked a perfect weekend or got lucky but this literally was the best spot in the house for a beach getaway. Tiki bar was super convenient for snacks and drinks. If you’re thinking about booking this place, do it. You won’t regret it. We are looking to book again annually.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with 1135 SF sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twins (Bunks plus trundle) and a Queen sleeper sofa with all new mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig duo and spices. All linens are provided (except for beach towels) along with 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella for you to enjoy the sugar sand beach. Smart TVs in each room have Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ included and a washer and dryer are in the condo for your use. We also have a pack 'n' play, booster high chair, and sippy cups for our tiniest guests. High speed wifi is included.

Grand Panama Beach Resort is located on the world-famous, Emerald Coast, in Panama City Beach, Florida. The Resort offers 2 pools (both heated seasonally), hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a full-service tiki bar and grill, coffee bar, private parking garage, 24-hour security, fitness center, and a general store. Grand Panama, Tower 1, is close to many restaurants, a water park, and family entertainment but most importantly, on the beach! No crossing the street to get to the private resort beach entrance.
