We had a great stay. The condo was more spacious than I expected. We especially enjoyed having 3 bathrooms. The host was very responsive and even sent us inside activities for the days that it rained. She was wonderful and so was her condo!
You only get 2 parking spots with the condo which didn’t work out for us as we had 3 cars but the front desk gave us a list of public pay to park locations which were very convenient and reasonably priced so it worked out.
Overall we have no complaints and will definitely stay here again!

The only thing that was inconvenient was that you're only limited to 2 parking spaces. We had 3 vehicles/3 families. So 1 family had to park about 3-4mins down the road, walking takes 15-17mins But we made it work. Other than that we had a great time. Great host! Great house! Would rent again.

The condo is beautifully situated right across from the beach and really close to Pier Park, which has charming restaurants and fun bars. There are two available pools (one heated) and even some hot tubs. We went with our two teen sons and they had plenty to do between the beach and the pools. The place itself is pristine, well laid out and provided everything we needed during our stay. Stefanie was immediately available when I had a couple of minor questions and she made the check-in and check-out process painless. The pictures are great, but don't even do it justice- truly a magical location. Couldn't recommend more and can't wait to get back!

Thanks for an unforgettable stay at your condo! The view was amazing especially during sunset, the condo was clean, kitchen well stocked, and beds comfortable. Loved modern feel and furniture. The kitchen appliances looked brand new. My kids really liked the location as it was very close to Pier Park and just across the street from the beautiful white sandy beach. We took advantage of the amenities including the rooftop pool. Will definitely re-book this place when we come back again soon.

GUEST ACCESS
The condo is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home also comes with the following:

The condo operates via keyless code entry. Upon arrival, you will pick up your wristband at the front desk and have exclusive access to the Grand Panama Beach Resort and its amenities.
Parking for 2 vehicles. Passes available for $50 for the first vehicle and $30 for the second (per total stay) at the front desk.
Beach. Accessed by crossing the street or by walking through the covered walkover bridge.
Two Pools and Spa Tubs. The rooftop heated pool and spa tub are located in Tower 2. The beachfront pool and hot tub are located on the first floor of Tower 1.
Tiki Bar. Seasonal beachfront bar service, opened generally from March to late October.
Fitness center. Includes elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, and others.
Grand Panama store: beer, wine, drinks, snacks, and beach necessities.
CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
NO PETS ALLOWED
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
Exceptions to this rule are certified service animals, NOT emotional support animals (ESA). If you will be bringing a service animal with you, it will be subject to verification.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
No smoking or vaping on balcony either.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Guests will be charged a one-time cleaning fee, which will be included when booking.
Quiet hours start at 10pm.
You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay.
We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.

A. Yes. We provide linens for all beds and pillows in each bedroom. Towels are also provided in each bathroom including bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. We do not provide beach towels. Please bring your own.

A. Yes. Please feel free to use what is available in the kitchen.
