Completely remodeled in 2020 with all-new furnishings and bedding, Horizon South 27C is a 960-square-foot, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo rental nestled in Panama City Beach, Florida. Rented through Cabins for YOU, it’s an ideal beach condo for families and friends wanting to get away from everyday life and spend time together beachside. From swimming pools and game tables to tennis courts and swing sets, the complex features entertaining amenities for all ages. There’s even a putt-putt place within a short walking distance, and the condo isn’t far from Pier Park, where you can shop and play all day! 



At the condo, you’ll have an entire beach home to enjoy throughout your stay. The living area is open and cozy with a big screen TV and sofa seating. The kitchen is quaint and equipped with just enough for quick meals or storing snacks and frozen treats plus leftovers from nearby local restaurants. The dining area is inviting and perfect for enjoying meals or playing board games together. And the condo also provides a washer and dryer so you can pack light this trip!



When you want to stroll along the beach and splash in the ocean waves, it’s only a short walk to the sunny beach. And when you return to your condo rental, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower on the covered private patio. After exploring the area and catching rays on the beach, you’ll appreciate nice bathrooms to get ready for a night on the town or a comfy PJ night inside. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a 40-inch flatscreen TV plus a mix of 1 king-size bed and 2 queen-size beds to keep guests entertained and relaxed throughout their stay at this welcoming beach condo.



Living Room

After a long trip, grab your bags from the cars and leave them at the door to explore the condo. Starting in the living room, there’s a 55-inch flatscreen TV for entertainment, a sofa and armchair to relax, and a large ceiling fan to keep cool on warmer days. Pile snacks and drinks on the coffee table for a nice chat together or clear the space for a round of cards. It’s also a cozy place to sneak away and enjoy an evening read with a glass of wine. And it’s a great place to gather everyone to go over plans in the mornings.



Kitchen

When you’re hankering for a bite to eat or a midnight snack at your Panama City Beach condo rental, head to the lightly equipped (6-by-8-foot) kitchen that’s galley style with lovely open wood shelves, white cabinetry, a subway tile backsplash, and modern granite countertops. There is a full-size fridge plus a small microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, oven, and sink. Plus, you can use the provided 4 bowls, 4 plates, 1 silverware set, a cookie sheet, a few small mixing bowls, a pizza cutter, and a spatula as you see fit. 

The kitchen has just enough to do basic cooking and keep everyone fed and happy between meals at Pier Park and other local eateries. We recommend bringing disposable plates, cutlery, and cups if you don’t want to worry about doing the dishes while away. And do keep in mind there is no ice maker, so if you want ice-cold drinks, be sure to grab a bag of ice to keep in the freezer.



Dining Area

Set the round dining table with cushioned chairs tucked away near the living room for mealtimes with loved ones. It’s a versatile space, great for board games from home, working on your next blog, crafting with the kiddos, or knocking back a few cold ones with your bestie. And it’s perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings, prepping for a fun day on the beach.



Bedrooms

Ready to hit the hay after a full day of play, swimming, making sandcastles, and checking out local attractions? Slip away for a hot shower in your en-suite bathroom, then put on your pajamas and cuddle into bed with entertainment on your 40-inch TV. There is 1 bedroom with a king-size bed on the entry level and 1 loft bedroom with 2 queen-size beds on the second floor. And they are equally relaxing and comfy.



Outdoor Spaces

After squishing your toes in the sand, tanning on a beach towel under the sun, playing in the ocean with your kids, or strolling along the beach with your spouse, you’ll appreciate the outdoor shower to rinse off. It’s nestled in a covered patio area of your beach condo rental, and there’s seating too, so you can rinse off while seated or just enjoy spending time in the fresh air.



Other Amenities

Want to launder your beach towels or dry your swimsuits quickly? A washer and dryer set is provided at Horizon South 27C to use throughout your stay. In addition to the in-condo amenities, this condo rental in Panama City Beach is part of Horizon South Resort, which means you’ll have access to resort amenities and a clubhouse, too!



Shoot pool with your pals, show your kids how to win at shuffleboard, play basketball and tennis, and let the kids sway on the fun swing sets. There’s also a putt-putt course that runs alongside the condo, so you can slip on your shoes and walk straight to the putt-putt place to play. And of course, the resort complex offers several pools so you can swim and splash around on your memorable vacation in the Florida panhandle. 



Helpful Tips:

If you love extra ice, be sure to stop by the store for a bag as there is no icemaker in the condo.

Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and pool towels.

Dishes are limited; we suggest bringing paper plates and cups for easy cleanup!

Armbands are available for $20 each at the security office — this gives guests access to the pool, beach, and all areas on the property.

Parking passes are $25 per car and must be purchased at the on-site security office.
