At the condo, you’ll have an entire beach home to enjoy throughout your stay. The living area is open and cozy with a big screen TV and sofa seating. The kitchen is quaint and equipped with just enough for quick meals or storing snacks and frozen treats plus leftovers from nearby local restaurants. The dining area is inviting and perfect for enjoying meals or playing board games together. And the condo also provides a washer and dryer so you can pack light this trip!



When you want to stroll along the beach and splash in the ocean waves, it’s only a short walk to the sunny beach. And when you return to your condo rental, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower on the covered private patio. After exploring the area and catching rays on the beach, you’ll appreciate nice bathrooms to get ready for a night on the town or a comfy PJ night inside. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a 40-inch flatscreen TV plus a mix of 1 king-size bed and 2 queen-size beds to keep guests entertained and relaxed throughout their stay at this welcoming beach condo.

Starting in the living room, there’s a 55-inch flatscreen TV for entertainment, a sofa and armchair to relax, and a large ceiling fan to keep cool on warmer days. Pile snacks and drinks on the coffee table for a nice chat together or clear the space for a round of cards. It’s also a cozy place to sneak away and enjoy an evening read with a glass of wine. And it’s a great place to gather everyone to go over plans in the mornings.



Kitchen

When you’re hankering for a bite to eat or a midnight snack at your Panama City Beach condo rental, head to the lightly equipped (6-by-8-foot) kitchen that’s galley style with lovely open wood shelves, white cabinetry, a subway tile backsplash, and modern granite countertops. There is a full-size fridge plus a small microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, oven, and sink. Plus, you can use the provided 4 bowls, 4 plates, 1 silverware set, a cookie sheet, a few small mixing bowls, a pizza cutter, and a spatula as you see fit. 

The kitchen has just enough to do basic cooking and keep everyone fed and happy between meals at Pier Park and other local eateries. We recommend bringing disposable plates, cutlery, and cups if you don’t want to worry about doing the dishes while away. And do keep in mind there is no ice maker, so if you want ice-cold drinks, be sure to grab a bag of ice to keep in the freezer.

Set the round dining table with cushioned chairs tucked away near the living room for mealtimes with loved ones. It’s a versatile space, great for board games from home, working on your next blog, crafting with the kiddos, or knocking back a few cold ones with your bestie.
