Beautiful, beach decor with a Starfish theme on the Emerald Coast. This condo is in Laketown Wharf Resort with beach views, plenty of open space, high end furniture and amenities galore! Relax in our very clean, ~1050 sqft. condo on the 13th floor that can sleep up to 6 guests. Our home includes an expansive, huge living room with a pull out queen sofa, 2 comfy swivel/rocking chairs and 2 bean bags with large TV. Enjoy the bright spacious beach views from the living room where there are double glass doors leading to the balcony.

The balcony features plenty of seating to enjoy the views. Enjoy the gorgeous the Panama City Emerald colored ocean and beach from the cozy balcony. It includes very comfortable seating including a love seat and 2 chairs perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine.  is also a beach wagon, beach chairs and toys for you to use!

Enjoy the large, fully stocked kitchen with many cooking tools, appliances and dishes. The kitchen is open to the living room and with outdoor views. Within the kitchen there is large entertainment island perfect for preparing meals and enjoy friends and family.  

There are 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The very comfortbale king bedroom has a private en suite full bathroom with large vanity and under cabinet storage. The second bedroom is a small private nook with a full bed. It is separated from the main hallway with a barn door. There is an attached private en suite full bathroom with plenty of room!

We are only a 3 minute walk to the beach (across the beach) with private beach access with the famous Pineapple Willy's (code required). There is also a public beach access #33 very close by.

Amenities galore in this resort. Location is perfect. Our resort includes access to 5 pools. The largest pool is heated and has a bar and grill. There is a rooftop pool on the 10th floor. Another private pool is in the middle of the resort lake. There is also a kids spool on the 4th floor. There is also a large fitness center on 3rd and 4th floor eith ocean views. It has  cardio equipment, machine weights and free weights. There is also a pickle ball court,  putting green and a large common deck on the lake with nightly light shows and variety of restaurants. There is also the Signal Hill golf course (separate fee) next door!

Parking
-2 cars maximum allowed per condo (garage parking)
-HOA requires registration through their portal for each reservation. This must include names of all guest and vehicle make/model. There is a $85 fee to the resort for this. This includes your parking passes (2) and wristbands (up to 6) for each guest. I will send a link to register once you have booked.
