SPECTACULAR PANORAMIC VIEW!! HUGE BALCONY!!, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

It was exactly what I wanted, the amazing view, the space, the convenience in location! We were minutes from everything, OceanVilla has its own beach entrance, pool and hot tub( another favorite ) the area was peaceful even for the middle of spring break! Karen, the owner, was very wonderful and a delight to speak with! I would recommend this 100 times over to any couple, or small family looking for an ocean front experience! The photo was taken from the balcony, a little zoomed in during sunrise.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villa 1304!! The place was clean, beds were comfy, balcony was huge with a beautiful view, walking distance to some really great restaurants & Karen the owner was great to work with. We loved the place and plan to return.

We have stayed at both of the DeBarros condo units, they have everything you need in them. The condos are very spacious and the balcony views are TERRIFIC!! The balconies are one of the biggest and widest balconies with oceanfront views! We are regular customers as we have rented from them about 5 times now and they have the best prices around PCB. They are wonderful hosts, if there is anything wrong with the condo or you have any issues contact Karen, she responds very quickly and she will take care of the problem! We will be renting from them again this year! Great location as well, it's near a lot of great restaurants and Walmart is nearby. A lot of the main attractions are nearby as well. Don't hesitate to book either unit, you won't be disappointed! This comes from a person that is picky!! Lol.

Ocean Villa 1304 was exactly as described. Karen made booking, arrival and departure with her easy and convenient. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable, making us have thoughts of returning next year.

We recently stayed here with another couple. The 2 bedrooms were spaces far enough apart so snoring wasn’t an issue. The bedrooms were spacious, well furnished, and comfy. Each bedroom had a TV. The living area was large as was the dining area. The kitchen had everything one could need - love that there is an ice maker. The huge balcony was so inviting and the view so amazing that when in the condo, we spent most of our time there. There are beach chairs, floats, and noodles available, too. I usually am uncomfortable going barefoot in condos, but I was not nervous here. The condo is meticulously cleaned and well maintained. Karen was easy to communicate with and saw to our every need. Should we need a 2 bedroom condo on the beach in the future, we will be staying here. As for the complex, parking is ample. The pools are clean and the deck is large. Loved the spa. There are 2 large gas grills available to guests. Most complexes’ elevators are super slow and always crowded. Not here. We never had to wait. Nice grounds and friendly staff. Well kept condo with a great balcony with an even better view. Beds were comfy and everything was as described. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again. Received our deposit back in full the day after we left. Karen was super easy to work with.

5 of our cousins were able to get together for the first time since we were little girls. We are now in our 50’s and 60’s. What an incredible condo and owner. The condo is as advertised and more. Beautifully decorated, every dish and pot, pans and utensils we needed. The grill at the pool area is gas and we used it with no problems. Parking was not a problem, 2 full bathrooms and a deck (lanai) with the best view On the beach. Near everything. I know we will become frequent guest and dealing with Karen only assures we will be back.

We stayed a whole week in 1304 and it was amazing!!! Clean as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook breakfast and dinners. The view is just AMAZING from the balcony. It was close enough to restaurants and all the fun things to do other than enjoy the beautiful white sands. The presence of security and police on site was very comforting. There were no issues or crazy partying. This was a perfect place for family fun. Also, the presence of Ocean Villa staff cleaning elevators and cleaning other common areas was there and they very friendly as well. Karen was very responsive and friendly through the whole booking process. We will be going back and making this an annual if not more frequent event! :)

This condo is beautiful! It has an unbelievable view that can’t be beat! I’m kind of a bed snob and the master bed was extremely comfortable! There were two very comfortable recliners in the den that made us feel right at home especially one day when it rained and we watched a lot of TV. Although we didn’t cook anything during our stay except stuff in the microwave, I noticed the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Karen was a pleasure to deal with and gives you a lot of great information about the area, things to do and dining! No complaints at all!!

Although we've visited the panhandle before, this was our first time in Panama City Beach. Condo was great. Dealing with Karen was a breeze. Love the security feature of having to use a code to get in and out of the back of the building to the beach. Although public beach access was right next to us, there was not many people at all using it. Great condo, great location, would definitely rent again! Loved the access to the elevators using the walkway on the 3rd floor. Many activities to be had right on the beach in front of us! Jet ski rental, parasailing, etc. So many restaurants to choose from. We ate at the Wicked Wheel, had dinner on the beachfront restaurant Runaway Island, Thai food (outstanding) at Oishi, and some great seafood at Captain Anderson's. Great sunsets too!!

We really enjoyed our week in unit 1304. It was clean and decorated well. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We really enjoyed being on the beach. The only downfall was that the internet didn’t always work the best, had to turn WiFi off and use our data. Beds were comfortable, recliners were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. I wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect! Very clean, nice, and well maintained. All the furniture was so comfortable! The view was my favorite, and the large balcony made it even better. Karen was so helpful and made everything super easy! We will definitely be back!

We booked this condo for our trip to Thunder Beach. The condo was in the perfect location - instead of being on one end of all the entertainment it was centrally located. One of the major perks was the ease of parking with a motorcycle trailer. We had issues with the other two places we rented from in the past but Ocean Villa made it so easy and convenient! The condo was equipped with all the amenities needed and Karen, the owner, was awesome to work with. I will definitely book with her again next time we head down to Panama City Beach.

Combine that with the comfort of the condo, the spacious balcony for relaxing, and the wonderful ocean view...you are set for an amazing vacation!!! This beach townhouse is literally designed to make you feel like you're at home. Very cozy and very clean. The owner Mrs. Karen made sure I was knowledgeable of everything. Her place is most definitely locked in my heart.

Our family had a wonderful time. The condo is very clean with nice furniture and decor. Especially enjoyed the terrific view of the ocean from the balcony. Condo is in a great location convenient to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely return.

I can't begin to express how nice this condo is and how easy booking this condo was for us. The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. Great, great location, in walking distance of restaurants, Walmart, etc. When we did drive it only took a few minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. As soon as we opened the door to the condo, it smelled so good and clean!! Every thing was as described and perfect for our girls trip!! This is the 2nd year in a row we've stayed here and will stay here again next spring!! The owners are great, and always respond quickly!!

We decided to go to Panama City Beach in a last minute attempt to get away for Spring Break. At first it wasn't PCB, we looked at many beaches in the panhandle of Florida. Once we found this particular condo as an option, we couldn't get over the pictures overlooking the ocean (and the price was fabulous too!). We truthfully thought it was too good to be true, so we had to see it for ourselves. This balcony TRULY overlooks the ocean and it is as large, if not larger than it looks in the pictures (the balcony, not the ocean). Personally, I spent as much time on the balcony as I did in the condo. In addition to a wonderful place to stay on a beautiful beach, our host Karen, was an absolute doll. Karen is incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns (we chose PCB during a Spring Break week and were slightly worried what we might be exposing our 14 and 15 year old daughters to). Karen's detailed information included so many things to do in the close vicinity, but we mostly stayed at the beach. Though we didn't have any issues at all with our host or our condo, there were some things taking place on the main road that we needed to account for including road construction and heavily populated by police officers (which we appreciated). If we were going out, we simply needed to leave a few minutes earlier. The condo offers ample parking, but if you have a cartop carrier, be aware that you will need to park in one of the outdoor spots and there were only three. Luckily, there were only two vehicles with these carriers, including ours, so it was not an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo, it is beautiful. Our host was PERFECT! And we would highly recommend staying with Karen at this particular location if you are considering PCB.
