Cancellations 12 weeks before rental for deposits. Deposit with application & ID is $500.refundable.:
During the summer months I rent the entire property. $6300a week with 13% tax and cleaning fee paid to the cleaner of $335. I do take a $500 damage deposit but after first year that goes down to $250 forrepeat good renters. Pet fee if ptional $300.
I do require ID copy & application form. I email confirmations & house key pad information with Wi Fi codes etc.

I rent only by the week during the summer months. The damage deposit is $500 ($250 for repeat renters) refundable 12 weeks ahead to hold your week with ID copy & Application.
Base rent is $5800. Taxes are 13% (City of PCB, 1%, Bay County 5% & State of Fl. 7%) tax are due with full payment by May 15..
Optional Pet fee of $300 due. Cleaning fee is $335 paid directly to the cleaner.
