We just returned from a fabulous mother -daughter vacation and spent a week at this condo. It has everything you need! The bedrooms are a great size and the beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space for your belongings with plenty of hangers in the closet – this never happens! This is an end unit so you have a great view of the gorgeous white sand beach and gulf. The furniture is comfortable and having a washer and dryer is the best. The complex itself is well-kept and very clean. The security does their job and checks to make sure that the cars parked in the garage actually belong there. We felt safe, there are a lot of restaurants within an easy drive and several grocery stores nearby. The unit provides a set of two chairs and an umbrella on the beach and is set up every day. The pool is a comfortable temperature, however there are no umbrellas there and the space in the shade is limited. We had such a great time that we already booked again for next year.

We have been taking beach vacations every summer for over 30 years, and this place was by far our favorite! The condo itself is gorgeous! Beautiful decor, comfy beds, large well furnished balcony. It is immediately noticeable that these condo owners love their place, because it feels like a home. As far as the building goes, it was quiet and well cared for. The beach and the pool were never crowded. The staff was super friendly too! The owner was always ready to help and answer questions. Truly one of our favorite years so far! Thank you!

We had the pleasure of being the first guests under the new owners of this beautiful, spacious condo with stunning ocean views! We really appreciated the beautiful, updated decor and all the thoughtful extras the owners, the Robbins family, have included - extra luggage racks, extra hooks, plenty of storage, nice soaps/shampoos/conditioners/lotions/body washes, "fresh face" washcloths, thick curtains in the master bedroom, and the inclusion of the beach umbrella and chairs. Alex and Lauren, the property managers, were wonderful to work with! They were very responsive both prior to the stay and during it, and they helped us resolve a maintenance issue quickly. This condo has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning views of the ocean. It is a corner unit, so you have side views as well! We were able to see dolphins from the balcony, which is very large and has a nice round table and chairs where you can eat as well as other comfy seating. We really enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful condo and hope we get the chance to stay here again!

Beachfront 3Bed/3Bath Condo with Pool, Hot Tub, & Seasonal Beach Service
This resort is more desirable than most resorts in Panama City Beach due to fewer than half of the units being in the rental program. This means no waiting for elevators or overcrowded beaches. We also offer seasonal, complimentary beach service with two chairs and umbrella.
Beginning January 2021, Palazzo will charge $40 per vehicle, per stay for parking. The condo comes with 8 pool bands that must be returned at the end of your stay.
Must be 25 years or older to rent.
The Palazzo Pool will be CLOSED for painting from Septmber 11th until October 20th of 2023.
Payment & Refund Policy
$500 due at booking
50% of Remaining Balance Due 120 days prior to check in
Balance Paid in Full by 60 days prior to check-in

Refunds:
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund any unused portion of your stay.
COVID- No refunds will be given unless there is a mandatory shut down due to Covid-19.
