The unit is directly on the beach so obviously the views are spectacular. As far as the unit itself, it was absolutely spotless with very updated, bright, beachy decor and furnishings. Two of the bedrooms were EXTREMELY spacious with the third being nice and cozy; they also each had large TV's (yes, that's important to us even on the beach!). The unit does have a public beach access adjacent to it; DO NOT let this deter you from renting this townhouse. We stayed for a week and only saw one family use this entrance as there is no public parking in the area, only private parking for residents. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely consider booking with Coastal Vacation Rentals for future Panama City Beach visits!

James was so great to work with. He was very responsive and answered any questions or issues. Very impressed with Coastal Vacation Rentals and James!! Would definitely book through them again. The townhouse was great! Perfect for 3 couples. Each bedroom has it's own bath which was great! We walked to Pineapple Willie's restaurant twice. Quick drive to other restaurants. Close to grocery stores. Just no complaints what so ever. Wish I could go back right now!

I want to start off by saying we would absolutely stay here again. The location can’t be beat! It is literally steps from the house to the beach, and it is so much less crowded than other stretches of beach we have stayed at in PCB. Overall, the house looks just like the pictures. The host was very responsive and friendly. When we first arrived, we remarked at how clean the unit was. We walked around with bare feet all week, and the floors were spotless. However, we did find several cockroaches throughout our stay which is why I docked a star. I also felt like we were constantly washing bath towels after coming in and taking showers after enjoying the beach and would have appreciated being provided a few more towels since we had 6 guests staying a full week.

Our week at this property was heaven! The beach-front location is why we came, and this property exceeded our expectations....Three decks on two levels provided amazing views. The beach is steps away, right out the back door!
The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the home is very livable. We were able to cook in most nights, and the kitchen and dining areas are spacious and accommodating. Check-in and Check-out was super simple. The service and communication we received from the management was excellent--When we found out that there was not a Keurig coffee maker, they had someone run one over for us to use! . Our group consisted of 4 adults and one minor. Each couple and the minor had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was super helpful. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property! See you next year!

Beautiful location and home! Right on the beach and the screened and unscreened decks were perfect to relax out on. The rooms were immaculate and it was super convenient having en suite bathrooms for each bedroom. Host was responsive and friendly. Def recommend booking this home!
