Great property and great location to split time between sugar mountain, beech mountain, and downtown banner elk. Awesome game/play room for little kids (2-8 years old). Very peaceful location. Great spot for multiple families too!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hattie's Hideaway. Kelsey is an excellent host. She was very prompt at answering our questions. We had a very large family group and she went beyond the call of duty to be sure we had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The house is in an excellent location, very close to Beech and Sugar Mountains and excellent hiking trails. Our family was delighted to see numerous deer from the cabin. The kitchen was top notched and furnished with with anything needed for cooking, including a crock pot, two coffee machines and plenty of cooking and baking accessories. There was plenty of blankets for snuggling next to the fireplace and all the supplies needed for s'mores on the back porch gas fire pit. We all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of the slopes. With three floors there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The children absolutely loved the game room!Totally recommend Hattie's Hideaway. You will love it!

Great place to stay! Plenty of room for our 2 families and everything was well organized and stocked. The commute to Sugar Mountain was not too far away. It was secluded despite a house up the hill (we never saw anyone home). Highly recommend

My daughter requested a weekend getaway to a cabin in the mountains for her birthday with the whole family. We all fit perfectly and the home was beautiful. Kelsey was so easy to get in touch with and very helpful!

My family really enjoyed staying here. The setup is perfect! There was space for everyone in the living areas and the layout was ideal for when everyone wanted some alone time. The location couldn't be better. You're literally minutes away from town yet tucked away where it feels like a secluded cabin in the woods. Everything we could've needed was there! Kelsey is such a great and responsive host! I highly recommended staying here and I would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great. The house is amazing. Kelsey was a super host. She was proactive. She responded almost immediately to all question. The area is very nice and quiet with lots to do within walking distance. The beach is a few hundred feet away. The elevator makes life pretty great as well.

Great location! Parking can be tough if all condos are full and neighbors aren't respectful of space, but that was only an isse the first day, and not Kelsey 's fault. She worked with us to resolve that. A laundry basket for the unit would be very helpful, and an extra blanket for each bedroom. But overall, no complaints. Very spacious, set up well, clean, quiet, and great location. I would definitely recommend this location anyone!

Great place for a crown of 14. Price was not two expensive. The home was cool and cozy like being at home away from home. The kids enjoyed the games and lots of toys to play with. It was everything that she said it was. I was able to check in early. Kelsey responds time was very quickly. If are wen I come back definitely would stay again

This 3-story home sleeps up to 14 (max 8 adults would be MOST comfortable with kids in bunks/sofa bed), and it is close to the best shopping and dining in Panama City Beach. Spend your days at the beach (walk straight south on the sidewalk/crosswalk to public beach access 36 - claim your spot early). Then wind down around the shared neighborhood pool just steps from the front door. Foosball, kid basketball & other games are available in the garage/game room. Fire up the propane grill on the back patio. Enjoy the colors of the sunset and peek-a-boo beach views from one of the 2nd or 3rd floor balconies.
THE FIRST FLOOR features a private queen suite with small kitchenette and en suite bathroom. The washer/dryer area is found in the hallway.
THE SECOND FLOOR showcases the living room with a wall of windows/doors leading to the balcony and a small view of the beach. The living room contains the queen sofa bed and a rocking/swivel recliner. A large dining room table and bar seating allows for family and friends to gather ‘round near the fully stocked kitchen. A traditional drip coffee maker, a French press, and a Keurig single cup coffee maker are provided (bring your own coffee/coarse grounds/k-cups). The open floor plan enables groups to be together for cooking, dining, and relaxing. This level also includes a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom. The half bathroom is conveniently located next to the kitchen. A highchair and TV trays are available in the bedroom closet. This closet also has a Pack 'n play bed and an audio baby monitor, perfect for a family with littles. Toddlers and infants are more than welcome, but please be aware that this house is not child-proofed inside or out; young children will need to be watched at all times.
THE THIRD FLOOR offers three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony, an en suite bathroom with shower and a jetted tub. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi with Eero and a desk workspace by a window. Wake up to wonderful views of palm trees and the gulf in the master king bedroom with its wall of windows and the third-floor balcony. The third floor also has a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunks and another queen bedroom. This queen bedroom and the bunkroom share a full bathroom.
