Kimberly’s house was amazing! Looked just like the pictures. She has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved that she had all the beach equipment to use which we didn’t have to pack from home. Overall, we had a great stay! Kimberly was a great host— very responsive and friendly. Kimberly was a great host! We had very few downsides to the stay. I will say some things need some TLC but for the price it was great! The major location issue was being close to the paper mill and the odd smell outside that came with it. But that is just that area of Callaway. Overall a great price and chill area.

Very nice house for the price, but is an inconvenient distance from Panama City Beaches.

There were 4 of us and we had a great stay. Beds are cozy. Recently renovated so everything is painted and fresh. 1 block to an inlet with water where you can fish. You do need to drive to main areas for restaurants and water front parks but it's a short distance. Residential area that has been previously damaged from hurricane Michael, so rebuilding is everywhere. Area is an older vintage style neighborhood. Tyndall AFB is under 10 minutes drive away. Walmart is roughly the same drive. Since it was June when we stayed and very hot outside; the AC inside was great! We had two 80 year old Dad's with us and they had no problem with the few steps going up the deck to the main door. Tip: If you like to cook bring the aluminum pans from the dollar store to use for easy clean up.

newly renovated house is ready for your stay
The 65 in TV has access to Prime & Netflix along with a DVD player & several movies. The kitchen area has all major appliances, LG Washer& dryer,
eating & cooking utensils and an ice maker. Bring your charcoal & lighter fluid for the grill. Then sit on the large deck or play yard games.
The space
Newly renovated house in a quiet neighborhood. All furniture, mattresses, bedding, linens and LG washer and dryer are new. Two large bedrooms with ample closet space and shelves, plus benches for storage. Large deck and yard in the back The shed has a few beach supplies. The sofa is also a queen sleeper.
Guest access
The entire house is for the guests, One keypad code will be issued to the primary individual. The code will be used during the entire stay. Do not lock the door knob.
Other things to note
I have furnished this house to accommodate myself and my family when we get the opportunity to go for a stay. I do hope you find all the comforts of your home while you are away. You will find games for ages 5&up. My three grandsons approve of these games. They enjoy sitting with family and having fun. I have added a fire pit so you can enjoy other aspects if weather allows.
The backyard is open and quiet.
