Unforeseeable issues arose at our rental, which Harmony addressed promptly. When one issue could not be resolved right away, Harmony moved us to an even nicer property. Courteous and thoughtful communication, combined with effective action. The ratings below relate to the second property.

AMAZING house! Fantastic view! maybe 45 steps down to the beach...but you are ON THE BEACH. fewest steps in any house we've ever stayed in, which was great for my mom. The largest deck space we've ever had before, which was great for the kids! The complementary bikes that came with the house and the chairs and umbrellas that were put out each morning on the beach were an excellent perk! AMAZING views. Cant' say enough good things about this house! very clean! would definitely stay again! One minor criticism, maybe consider trimming the hedges around the back deck - some were starting to impede the view. But really was a top 5 beach rental for us!

Price
This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful home. The views from the decks are stunning and the house is clean, comfortable and well maintained. I know ownership has changed and I just hope that if renovations are planned that the changes won't affect the beauty and style of this lovely property. We look forward to being able to visit there for many years!

Description
Pinnacle Port A519 - Waves of Peace!
This property is just east of Rosemary Beach and west of Panama City Beach, "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.
If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.
