We were looking to stay somewhere by the beach with fun things to do nearby. This beach home went above and beyond our expectations. The ocean and gorgeous beach was right across the street. Miles of beautiful beach! Great places for taking walks. Shopping and restaurants right in the area. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, to make some meals in, clean linens, so comfortable there. It has all the amenity’s you are use to at home. Internet, tv, Netflix etc. the pools in the complex and waterfalls made you really feel like you’re on vacation. Thank you Steve and Nora for such an amazing experience!

A hidden gem! We travel annually to this meticulously maintained condo. We enjoy all the amenities of the condo. It’s truly a home away from home with an incredible beach steps away! The condo is well stocked for nights you want to stay in and it is near many great restaurants. One of our favorite vacation destinations!

What a wonder week of sunshine rest and relaxation!!!! Ocean right across the street 3 amazing pools, lots of fun restaurants and shopping with in the resort area!!! The condo was spacious and had everything you need!!

Lovely condo in a quiet, peaceful resort! The condo had everything we needed, the resort has great pools and the beach is just across the street. Owners are wonderful to work with and prices are fantastic! Highly recommend!!!

This is a great condo. It was quiet and relaxing. The owners are great and the workers in the office and on the grounds are very friendly. It is just a short walk right across the road to the beach and has great pools!

Our family was looking for a relaxing time on the gulf coast, and Portside Resort J1 and its location certainly helped deliver on that. The suite was clean and comfortable, and the views from its balconies gave you some privacy and appreciation of nature. The beaches were great, but we were pleasantly surprised by the lush landscaping in the resort as well as its pools. We highly recommend J1!

You will not be sorry choosing this awesome getaway for your vacation! It is just minutes away from the airport, just a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the US!! The house is spotless, the beds are super comfortable (I have a bad back and I felt great!) the water pressure and hot water was amazing!! The kitchen is very well stocked with every item you could possibly need for your stay. The grounds are well maintained and the pools were awesome!! I can not say enough about how wonderful our stay was!! I also need to mention also that you are just minutes away from grocery stores, pier park, shopping malls...not to mention that Steve & Nora were wonderful to work with!! I would DEFINITELY recommend this as your vacation choice!!

Pull out sofa with 4" memory foam topper for added comfort! Each bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and TV. The master offers a private balcony with comfy cushioned seating for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The covered patio below is yet another concealed area to enjoy the natural scenery - no parking lot views here!
Portside Resort is situated on 16 gorgeously landscaped acres located just across the street from the warm emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The resort is at the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, away from the high-rises and crowds. We offer a family-friendly atmosphere and convenient location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and only 2 miles to Pier Park. On property are 3 pools - one heated, one with a waterfall feature - a hot tub, kiddie pool, tiki huts for shade, 3 tennis courts (pickleball coming soon!), shuffle boards,
clubhouse and fitness room.
