This house was brand new, I believe it was built in early 2022 and when you walked in, you could still smell the fresh paint! It is located right across from the beach access so it was super convenient for us as we had little ones in our group. Beautifully decorated, spacious, super clean! We even had ocean view from the balcony! I just can't say enough good things about this house and about the host Elizabeth. She is an amazing host. She has answered all of our questions immediately and she made sure that we had a great stay. I will MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!

We stayed at Sandy of Panama City Beach for a week in July and paid about 12K. We had a big group, 12 adults and 6 kids. These are the details of my stay, I hope it helps future guests. 1) Elizabeth sent us a welcome letter before our check in day. We had the full instructions and door code so that was convenient. 2) There are 2 beach access points very close to the house. House is located right across from the beach access points. It was a very short walk and it was very convenient especially for older folks and kids in our group. Overall location was also very good. It was close to the Pier and 30A and it was far from the college party zone. 3) They have 3 car parking spaces available. We had 4 cars so we had to park the extra car to the public parking space not too far from the house. 4) Check in was at 4.00pm and they have a smart lock. It was very easy to access the house, you just type in your code and get in. 5) House looked and felt brand new. Décor was tasteful. Our host Elizabeth said they bought this house in Jan 2022 as a new construction right after it was completed and 2022 was their very first season. 6) It was very clean and organized inside. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed for our stay. They also have both Keurig and regular coffee machine so it was nice. 7) House is spacious. we had a big group but never felt like we were on top of each other and beds were comfortable. Every room has large size smart TVs. Wifi was fast. 8) Pool was a salt pool and big. Chlorine gives some of us rashes so salt pool was appreciated. Elizabeth told us that it can be heated. 9) They had beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach/pool toys and a beach wagon to carry stuff. 10) Last but not least Elizabeth is a fantastic host! When we booked this place, the 12K price tag was a hard pill to swallow and we felt we paid too much, but after our visit everyone in our group agreed that it was such a great value and worth every penny! We are coming back!

100% recommend. From the booking to check out everything went smoothly. It's a gorgeous home with a beautiful private pool in the backyard. A super close walk to the beach. Elizabeth was amazing at promptly responding to any questions we had. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

Absolutely amazing property! Super close to the beach and the private pool was exactly what we needed. Elizabeth was super quick at responding to any questions we had. The house is extremely well appointed with everything you could need. Beds are comfortable and the baby items like high chair and mini crib were very much appreciated. We will definitely be back!

This is a great place, amazing location being only a 1-2 minute walk from the beach. Clean, spacious, and including everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Hosts were thoughtful with recommendations and quick responses, and overall a perfect housing experience. Would stay here again for sure.

Book it!! Absolutely beautiful house. We couldn’t of asked for a better location, it was such an easy walk to the beach which was a huge plus for my Papa who couldn’t walk too far. The host was very responsive and helpful. Loved having the heated pool, and it was so helpful to have additional beach gear we could use. 10/10, would definitely stay here again!

DIRECTLY across the street from the sugar sands and emerald waters of Panama City Beach, you can listen to the waves as you relax on the front porch of our house, Sandy!
This BRAND NEW (construction completed in February 2022 with ALL NEW furnishings) home is the perfect spot for you and your family and/or friends to enjoy all that PCB and its beautiful emerald waters has to offer. With all the amenities of home plus the luxuries of a completely modern and new place, our home will be the perfect backdrop for you to create memories that last a lifetime.
This home is part of a two unit duplex. Our max occupancy is 18 people (max 14 adults). Our pool is completely PRIVATE. No one has access to it other than you and your guests. You do NOT share the pool with anyone else.
On the inside, Sandy offers THREE King bedrooms, each with an a private en suite bathroom, and two bunk rooms featuring queen over queen bunk beds. You'll be sure to sleep all your worries away on our luxurious tea tree infused memory foam mattresses on all beds throughout the home, each of which is topped with crisp clean linens and over stuffed pillows!
Outside, you can enjoy our private HEATED pool with plenty of chairs for lounging, and outdoor dining set, and a gas grill.
Given our close proximity to the beach, we do our best to make sure you have everything you need to take full advantage of those sugar white sands! We provide a beach wagon with beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as a cooler with wheels so you can roll all of your gear to the beach with ease.

Sandy's first floor boasts a wide open floor plan with all brand new furniture and a 65" Roku Ultra HD Smart TV - the perfect place for your family and friends to gather. With a dining room table that seats up to 8, a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, and a high chair for the littlest of your group, you'll find there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy whatever delicious meals you've prepared in our fully stocked kitchen using our stainless steel appliances. After dinner, there is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather around the large Roku Ultra HD Smart TV for movie night. Just down the hall from the main living area, you'll find a private and comfortable King room with a Roku Smart HD TV, and a private en suite bathroom with a fully tiled shower with frameless glass. These accommodations are ideal for anyone who may need to avoid the stairs.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM #2 - KING MASTER, 2ND FLOOR
Upstairs, you'll find the spacious and bright King Master bedroom. This private master suite offers a king size bed, a twin sized day bed with trundle, a mini crib for the littlest of travelers in your group, and a large Roku Ultra HD Smart TV, as well as plenty of space to store your things in the oversized master closet. The en suite bathroom for the master has an extra large double vanity and a fully tiled shower with frameless glass.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM #3 - KING ROOM, 2ND FLOOR
Here you will find another private and comfortable king room with a Roku Smart HD TV, and a private en suite bathroom with a fully tiled shower/tub combo.

Fondly referred to as the "kids rooms" these two bunk rooms each have a queen over queen bunk bed, and one of the two bedrooms also has a full sized trundle. Both rooms also have large Roku Smart HD TVs. Between these two rooms, there�s room for up to 10 children or 7 adults. These two bedrooms both have easy access to the upstairs hallway bathroom, with a fully tiled shower/tub combo.
While the inside of this home is wonderful, the private backyard oasis for this home is what takes it to the next level. Around the private sunny pool (which can be heated upon request), you will find an outdoor dining set, lounge chairs, and a large grill. Pool heat is also available for an additional fee.
To top it all off, this gorgeous home is less than 10 minutes away from countless restaurants, activities and entertainment! Be sure to check out Pier Park, a lovely shopping and entertainment center full of restaurants, a movie theater, and a Dave and Busters!
